The young lady taking my order seems so bitter that I even showed up. Last few times she says “well have to make your Bo biscuits fresh” expecting me to just say “forget it” I get a water too. Last time she put a splash of pink lemonade in my drink and I had to go in and change it out…. Now today I almost chipped my tooth trying to eat these bo biscuits. Called to complain and no one answered. I will be showing back up at my next convenience to verbally complain about this service expecting a replacement order or a a full refund. Unacceptable.

Normally we love this place and don’t get to go often,but this time we were not pleased. We ordered a mixed 20 piece as there are 5 of us and some prefer the strips. We had to wait 20 mins for our order which was fine as we figure it would be fresh. It finally comes out in two boxes and we drive home only to find we have the wrong order and it is only bone in chicken and instead of 4 sides we only now have 2 for five people. The biscuit were burnt on the top as well. Very disappointing and to far to head back to. For the amount of money spent and the lack of customers and being busy it was truly disappointing.

Had a great meal at Bo’s. The Bo rounds are the best potatoes in the industry. Nice to be able to get a wonderful county ham biscuit! Wife got the chicken biscuit this time but she likes the steak biscuit better, its hard to beat that steak biscuit! Staff did a great job greeting us and was very friendly. Restaurant was clean and in order. Thanks

Got to the drive thru at 9pm, says they close at 10pm. Got ignored and never took our order and ignored us at the window when we drove up 6/23/23. He looked like he was cleaned up and ready to leave, so he wasn’t taking any more orders!

It’s great to order a 3pc chicken tender meal to pay and then get asked after to wait for 20 mins….all well watching pals next door getting there customers in and out the drive through right away. How about before we order the food at the drive through let me know there will be a wait so I can go somewhere else.

Second time I’ve been there in two months both times was a terrible experience. Today was by far the worst! Took my order, took my money, received my drink, all very promptly. However, I waited 20 minuets in the drive through for my food and ended up having to go inside to get it. The guy in front of me had been waiting 25 minuets. By the time I had my complete order my lunch break was over and I didn’t have time to even eat. Definitely needs new management as this was ridiculous! I would have left a rating of 0 stars if this had been and option.

Biscuits were old and hard, had to break off the edges just to eat them. Sausage was lukewarm. They left two large orders of tater rounds out of the bag completely. The scrambled eggs and sausage patty we ordered for our dog was swimming in so much grease even he wouldn’t eat it. And no receipt.

Asked to pull to the side. Waited for nearly 13 minutes for 2 biscuits. Went inside they had burned them but didn’t bother to come out and let me know. Would have been nice to know since I was on a lunch break.

This place is a joke, ive been going here for almost 2 years and finally had enough, every time i go they never have any chicken ready and always tell me its a 45 minute wait, this place is digging its own grave, that’s why every other restaurant in jeff city has a steady flow of customers and this doesn’t, poor management and ownership. Don’t know how to run a restaurant at all, its sad.
