This was my first experience with a Bojangles. I fully understand it is a chain and a “Fast Food” restaurant. This chicken was amazing.

The removal of their non-spicy chicken options was a huge letdown, as it was one of the main reasons I enjoyed dining here.

I ordered a bacon and egg biscuit and Bo-Tato rounds and I’ll have to say, it was one of the best I’ve ever had at Bojangles. The biscuit was fresh, the bacon was crispy and the egg was fluffy. Bo’rounds were fresh and hot. Great job to the team at the Alcoa location.

Good food but terrible attitude’s, I work customer service and have been a server at points or even working for Steak ‘n Shake. Those are just two of my job references… you can work at the most terrible place and get paid little but if a customer is being very nice and not asking for much there’s no reason to be so rude and have such an attitude… I’ve been to bonangles here in Tennessee and in Orlando FL when I lived there for 10 years…. Let’s just say I can promise you’ll get better service plus customer treatment in Orlando…. And that’s saying something… we are in TN have some decency.

I really enjoy their biscuits and gravy. However, lately they have been turning the biscuits upside down… I really hate this! It has the feel of serving an old biscuit and trying to make it.

I was in there Thursday morning and the manager was checking people out at the register. Extremely rude horrible young man.I said hello to him and he just looked at me angrily with just hatred very rude. My food was just sitting there after taking my order and talked with a customer about a comic book or something and going to Dragon con in Atlanta. Finally a lady who was working on the fountain machine noticed that people were waiting and came over and helped. That young man needs to be fired. I will never go to Bojangles again. Horrible customer service. Lazy terrible employees.

I had heard a lot of things about Bojangles and so was expecting a lot. Got a two piece dinner with dirty rice and mashed potatoes with a biscuit. I was there a little after 1pm. There was a few tables that needed cleaning but overall store was clean. The order taker/cashier was very nice, answered our questions. Chicken was good, but not great, mashed potatoes were standard run of the mill instant quality, dirty rice was very good, as well was the biscuit. Sweet tea was good. Would recommend this place for a fast meal.

Just saw the big guy working at the window vaping inside while working food. The employees were passing around a vape stick. I mean how unprofessional is blowing vape over everyone’s food? Unacceptable bottom line. Managers aren’t engaged enough if this is happening.

It would have been better if Steven wasn’t on his phone in front of customers kinda ignoring me when I tried to order. I just wanted a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Not to mention hearing him cussing at a coworker. If he can’t get a pair of pants to fit, he was constantly pulling up his pants had his hand in him pants. I couldn’t eat here
