My husband came through the drive through to get a chicken sandwich (fried) with a slice of tomato. He was told they only had the spicy chic sand, not the regular breaded, fried sandwich… Why? It is the signature sandwich. He then got the grilled sand – it was not good (seemed like rubber) & the fries were old, tough, dark brown and just disgusting. This is at approx 4:40 pm – close to dinner time and this is the available food… Why?

I will never go back to Bojangles again!! I ordered grilled chicken and they were out of it so they gave me a regular chicken sandwich. It was not good! I had to throw most of it away. We were not giving anything to eat our coleslaw with. My husband ordered a 2 piece meal with a leg and thigh. He opened his to eat and it was a back and something we couldn’t identify. We went back to the drive thru and showed the manager and she handed out 1 piece of chicken and we still don’t know what it was. When my husband asked where his other piece was she acted rude and gave him another. None of which was edible. We brought it home and fed it to our dog. Worst Bojangles EVER!

This restaurant was great. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Only problem I have is I don’t like some of the changes Bojangles has made. They no longer offer regular tenders and supremes. Now all of their tenders and fried chicken has a Cajun seasoning in the batter. The only thing that isn’t spicy is the grilled breast. Also, they don’t carry Bo’s Sauce anymore. That was their signature sauce for their tenders and now it’s gone and you just have the usual bbq, ranch and honey mustard that you can get anywhere else. That would be like Zaxby’s getting rid of their Zax Sauce, it wouldn’t be a good business decision. My daughter has a sensory processing disorder which means she’s very “picky” when it comes to what she’ll eat. She has a very low spice tolerance and doesn’t eat grilled chicken. I ordered her the regular tenders combo not knowing they only have supremes now and she ended up only eating her mashed potatoes and mac n cheese because the chicken was too spicy. Please consider bringing back the regular tenders. Not everyone likes spicy foods. My husband doesn’t like spicy foods either and was only able to eat two and a half of his 4 tenders. For someone like me who likes spicy foods these tenders aren’t that spicy at all but some people are more sensitive to spice.

Came in recently on Sunday around 1pm. Ate inside but stood in line for 25mins then waited another 10min to get our food. Watched the gentleman up front keep asking customers who had what bc he couldn’t keep track. They were out of sweet tea, and some other things we tried to get as well. The manager on duty ran around and seemed uncoordinated during the lunch rush. After working here for 3 years, it’s sad to see this place ran the way it is now.
