The person working the window was very positive and kind. They’re gravy tastes really good. However, they forgot to give me my hash browns because I ordered the meal. I did try to call and no one answered. I know it was a simple mistake and they probably just forgot to put them in there. It was too inconvenient to go back.

If I could give the service and atmosphere 0 then I would! Employees should learn that customer service is always #1! So it doesn’t matter if you hear your customer on THEIR phone through drive thru talking or yelling at whoever on THEIR phone so don’t worry about what the customer is doing just take their order!! It’s called 1st amendment and you shouldn’t lie on people either especially when they are a loyal customer

Went through the drive through on Ringgold Rd. in Chattanooga, TN and ordered a 4 piece tender meal. I was informed upon reaching the window that it would be 2 minutes to finish and to please pull forward. I did and watched 10 customers have their orders completed prior to bringing my order out. I sat for almost 15 minutes. I expressed my concern and the manager informed the window employee there was nothing they could do to make me a happy customer. Well Bojangles you have lost a customer forever!

EDIT – I spoke with the DM and she was very understanding of my experience and made everything right. This location does accept mobile orders through the drive-thru. It would just seem the lady presenting herself as manager had a bee in her bonnet. Upping the stars based on her willingness to help.

I placed my order and the cashier didn’t hear the combo number I requested so my order was incorrect. No worries please correct it and I’ll pay the difference. The manager came over and Rekeyed my order and I payed the difference ( or so I thought she did). She rang the order up wrong again . We fixed it, and I let them know I’ll circle around and get back in line while my chicken supremes cook. The fries I was originally given were cold. As I approach the window again the cashier who took my order was back, and now she has an attitude. Rule #1 if you don’t like customers don’t work in customer service! 7 am is entirely too early to have an attitude with customers.

Slow, long lines so we went inside; wasn’t any faster, but cashier behind the counter made me laugh. Made me realize I havent had a good chuckle in a couple weeks. Dude was nice and had lobby stocked up. Was rush hour morning time, what else do I expect from Bojangles at the time?

I always get good food here and the staff seems to be very helpful and always in a good mood. A good mood is who I want to get food from and I love the fact that I get to use my military discount here. It’s all about the chicken biscuit with mayonnaise and pickle. It’s not an awkward selection but they make it for me every time! Often I’ll get 2 so I’ve got one for later lol!

The front cashier named Sarah on the ticket had a bad attitude, I mentioned she was hard to understand because I asked her to repeat because she talked fast and she said I was the problem because I didn’t listen, RUDE get another job if you’re not happy. The chicken meals were dry not like Chick-fil-A or Kentucky Fried Chicken. The back staff was ok at least one young gal thanked us for coming. Not sure I would ever try this chain again. No southern hospitality here!!

On a quick break from work to grab lunch for myself and coworker. Being 4 to 6 minutes away from location, I was there and back to the office in less then 20 minutes. Chicken supremes were fantastic as always. Staff was fast and friendly. Fries were hot and well seasoned! Great lunch stop for sure!!!
