I went through the drive thru and the lady was super nice. My food however was not. I ordered the 3 piece supreme and my three chicken supremes barley equaled the size of one. All I could do was laugh.

Ordered our food on the app and picked up at the drive thru. We saw picnic tables in a nice, shaded, grassy area behind the rest. We thought that would be a nice change, so we pulled around and parked.

Cashier (Clifford) was rude, not speaking clearly & had earbuds in. And hair down to his shoulders (gross!! This is a restaurant. Super unsanitary) After me and my family order carry out, we stood there waiting. About 5-7 mins after we paid and ordered, we were told it was a 15-20 min wait on chicken. It was not busy whatsoever so I assumed they had no chicken ready. 30 minutes after waiting and waiting we were told there is no chicken sandwiches (they were out). The chicken sandwich was the first order placed!! The manager (Morgan, I’m not sure of his name as he also was not speaking clearly nor did he have a name tag on) was rude when refunding our money back, violently tapping the screen to refund us, huffing puffing and rolling his eyes the whole time. When asked about corporate information he shrugged his shoulders at me and told me “I don’t know!”. As a manager, DO BETTER. Also, the restrooms were trashed & smelled awful! The dining room had garbage and half empty drinks laying around, and as stated before it was not busy whatsoever!! I’m from the North, we don’t have bojangles near me so I always get it when I travel down south. The company has definitely taken a toll on the last few years because I have never had an experience like this at a bojangles ever before!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.

We have drove thru many times in Ooltewah, but today. That bacon, egg and cheese biscuit looked like it had been dropped and put back together. Missing part of the biscuit and very little egg. I paid $4 for a $2 biscuit. So very SAD. They need to get it together, and they parked us and then followed us to the spot with our biscuits. What’s up with that …. Not happy

One of the worst fried chicken places around. Had a drive-thru order and the mashed potatoes were nothing but liquid and the green beans were far from being soft and had no flavor to them. The chicken was so bad I could not even finish one piece. Biscuits were dryer than the Sahara Desert and not soft at all. If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would.

I purchased three large drinks. A Dr. Pepper, a sweet tea, and a water. I received large soft drinks and a small water. When asked to fix it they said that they can’t do water in large cups. But they sure charged me for both.
