Got the 3 PC chicken tender dinner, strips were so tiny, asked for fries but got borounds instead. Would’ve been fine if it wasn’t for the fact that the bo rounds were soggy with grease and cold. This meal was not worth $8.99. I’m very disappointed, and I told the lady at the mic I wanted fries, not bo rounds 3x. I’ll be choosing a different chicken restaurant in the future.

Just left here, placed an order for 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and 1 chicken biscuit, when I received the order it was completely inaccurate… Like completely different meals from what I ordered and missing the sauce packets I asked for twice. I always check my bag before pulling off, I say “this order is completely wrong”.The girl at the window proceeds to tell me she thought when I put in the order I meant something else. What in the actual heck?? No I meant exactly what I ordered.Bojangles needs to start paying their employees better so they can hire some more competent help! She tells me she heard what I said but thought I meant something else… weird.

Clean and friendly. Value was there. And sad they did not offer grilled chicken bowl like my local Bo restaurant has…so I made my own . I ordered the grilled chicken plater with rice and beans…cut it up into small bites and away we go. The fresh biscuit with butter was amazing. This location did not offer $1.0 0 legendary tea until 2:00 so I paid full price because they have azing tea… We will stop here again

I believe that the curbside pickup should not be an option if your employees are not willing to take the order to your car. People place curbside orders for a reason. When I went in to check on mine, it was lost. The employee was extremely rude,and the manager told me she usually not that way, she’s a sweet girl, just stressed. We all are. That’s no reason to be rude to a customer. If you are not able to accommodate due to staffing issues, simply take that option off.

I mostly eat breakfast at Bojangles. I love their gravy and biscuits as well as the pork chop biscuit or sausage and egg biscuit. If you have never had their Bo rounds you are in for a big treat. Not only is it fried potatoes but it also has onions inside.
