The kid at the window is very rude and unfriendly. Sounds like he would rather be anywhere but there. On top of that, they left out 2 of our chicken biscuits. Everything costs too much now to deal with bad customer service on top of it. Used to go here every other day but todays the last time. Hope they get it together, didn’t used to be this bad.

Bojangles is a childhood favorite lately it’s been hard to find one worth eating at however this one has been one of the best stores I have been to since I was a kid. I was greeted, the gentlemen at the register was very nice and curious. Food came out fresh and hot and reminded me of my childhood memories. If I’m in the area again this will be a stop over and over.

The people that work here are not very intelligent. They had the whole Staff at the drive through windo just to do two orders then had to get the manager involved. Can’t rate the food because I didn’t end up getting my food since none of the workers including the manager were slightly capable of comprehending anything.

First let me say customer service was awesome! Got 3 PC meal and chicken was still red inside not fully cooked. Workers offered me more but I am the type once I see chicken not fully cooked I can’t eat anymore! Chicken is my main meat intake and it needs to be fully cooked no matter what.

Today I called and asked if they had avocados or anything that had avocados the guy said he wished and that hes talked to corporate about getting avocados for their sandwiches he said that I could bring an avocado in and they could put it on a sandwich for me (very kind of him) and he was joking around saying that they should have avocados on their sandwich instead of coleslaw saying thats to southern for them . So I hope he gets his avocados I love bojangels and their staff. ( mangers ian is the best)
