I pulled up to the drive through and the hours Bojangles has on Google is 10:00 pm in the diner and 10 pm in the drive thru. I pulled up at 8:55 and there was a person getting their food at the window so i wait 20 minutes thinking they are open because eother the corporate office does not know that they are closing early or they have a poor communication system and have not updated their hours.

.Needed to pick up something sweet for customer appreciation. Tired of donuts, so by chance I swung by Bojangles to see if they had any options. Wow, berry filled biscuits that are iced!!! Bought 18 at about a buck a piece. Instant hero status with customer when I dropped off the treat . So many people made it a point to stop and tell me that they enjoyed the biscuit. Went through drive through. Cashier was pleasant and let me know I needed to wait a few minutes for a special order which I expected. A few minutes later I was on my way. Thanks

We anticipated the opening of this place for several months and were thoroughly disappointed in our first visit. The fried chicken was so burned that it smelled like smoke. I can tell that the grease they used to fry the chicken was burned and that is the only thing we could smell or taste. We each took one bite and that was enough to return the food for a refund. The chicken is basically the reason the place exists and they couldn’t even get that right. The manager (or whatever she was) was not very pleasant about the situation. After I told her the chicken was burnt The cashier turned to the manager and said, “the chicken”. Manager looked at her, nodded, and asked the cashier if we wanted a refund (as we stood 3 feet away from her) then she got my money out of the register and didn’t say two words. Seems like they do this a lot based on some of the other reviews. Too bad… It would explain why the place is practically empty just a month after they opened.

the past 3 times to this store has been horrible. the inside associate took a customers order before me, went to prepare food then returned 15 minutes later before acknowledging me to take my order. no sense of urgency & had a passive care less attitude as well. the drive thru & curbside experiences were long waits also. from management to store staff Bojangles corporate needs to reevaluate this stores workflow efficiency & customer attentiveness. alot of room for improvements here at the Hermitage location.
