This was trash and I am truly disappointed the chicken was old you know its old when the meat stsrts to break away from the skin and hard …OOOOOO MAN DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE RICE IT WAS HORRIBLE LOOK LIKE A 3yr made a pot of rice pan fried some breakfast sausage and mushed it together and lets just say I could’ve bouced that biscuit off my 18wheeler tire

It’s nice to see something different on a Love’s truck stop. Even though you might consider Bojangles fast food, they do stand out from the rest. Original and great food, really good chicken and sides, biscuits are soft and delicious. I will definitely make this one of my truck stops! Plus friendly staff, excellent service! And a Clean restaurant! Nice job!!!

Passing through because we’re truck drivers and decided to stop, shower, and grab something to eat. Overall customer service was great but food could have been better. I ordered 6 Bo Berry biscuits along with other food and the biscuits were so hard like wow. The fact they knew they were cold and hard and still decided to box them up and give them to a customer is beyond me. I asked for new biscuits, they apologized and baked some fresh for me but this time only put a dab of icing on each biscuit lol no worries tho. We keep a memory of where to eat and where not to eat.

Hey, I just want to let the ownership of this business know that I chose not to eat here because of all the negative reviews. I guess two things I would do: ***#1*** I would pay people what they’re worth – and if it turns out you have some bad employees get rid of them quick. At the same time you better have fresh, quality food and at the right temperature. Why would you want your name to be associated with junk and/or as a poor place to work?

Been here two times now and both times now didn’t get all my food and the food was cold and had to wait for almost 20 minutes I don’t think I will be going back to this place. Also most all of the drinks was out and needed changed out said something to the manager about it and was told we don’t have time to change them out .

I understand people might be short staffed now days , I don’t know that they were but I always like to give the benefit of the doubt . 6 people deep in line on the inside with 2 out of the 5 employees actually working . Then went outside set at drive through screen for 5 mins no one served me or came on to say please wait a minute or anything . Horrible customer service.
