Customer service at its best! I brought my sons in for a quick dinner since we’re in the area. I was blessed to be serviced by William. His customer service and management skills were excellent. The service was prompt and the food was hot and delicious. We definitely return whenever we’re in the area. I highly recommend this location as this is my third visit since it’s opening. Every time the food and service has been great.

I have not eaten at a bojangles in over 15 years. Once I found out that there was one local I decided to take a drive. The food is just as I remembered it, great. There was a long but fast moving line for the drive through so I opted to dine in. It was pretty empty inside so I was able to order and just as I sat down my food was brought over to me. Everything was fresh and tasty. The biscuits were fresh out the oven. Soft, moist, and very flavorful. The chicken was seasoned very well. The iced tea was very good. You can even watch the biscuits being made from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back.

This is my 4month update. I wanted to see if anything tapered off since they first opened. I chose to dine in this time. Lobby was clean, I was greeted by Will and Rosemary with a smile. I ordered the chicken biscuit and sweet tea. The staff in the prep area and Will (who was taking my order) genuinely seemed happy to be there. I love spending my hard earned money in establishments where the employees take pride in that company. The biscuits were perfect light crunch as you bite in and then fluffy and warm on the inside. The biscuits never crumbled under the weight of the chicken fillet. The chicken was crispy, well seasoned and moist on the inside. The tea tasted fresh brewed. A straw came with my drink and a few napkins and the hot sauce I requested was there too. (Not like Chkfila that always neglects to put straws and condiments in the bag). As I was eating Will came over to see if all was well…then about ten Minutes later the Manager Jeri was doing her rounds making sure customers were satisfied. After this wonderful experience, I cannot even remember what a chkflla is? Keep in mind they do not have bone in chicken…but their chicken patties, fillets, and tenders are delicious. BTW, The parking lot was immaculate just like the inside of the establishment. The drive through is efficient. I highly recommend you come in for a breakfast chicken biscuit and sweet tea…

I can definitely understand everyone’s frustration with the very limited menu they are currently offering at this location, but I really only frequent Bojangles for the breakfast anyways so for me I was very excited to be at the grand opening! Their Cajun chicken biscuit was much thicker than any location I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Spent less than 10 minutes in the breakfast line and all my food was very hot and fresh. I was missing my country ham biscuit for breakfast but the fact that they came back to central Fl at all is the reason I am giving them five stars. Welcome back Bo. You were sorely missed.

The staff was top notch. The experience via the drive through, efficient and courteous. The food hot! flavorful! And a great portion. I ordered the chicken biscuit with iced tea and hot sauce. It was perfect. the chicken fillet was about 1/2 inch thick, the batter crispy and crunchy and the meat was moist. The biscuit was fluffy and not dry. Very close to a home made breakfast! I hope this is the standard and the not exception..keep it up gang.

Yeah I know it’s a limited menu and I’m ok with that because I only ever get breakfast but I still wish they had country ham which is my favorite. For now I will settle for the steak biscuit with a little gravy on it and take the win! Glad Bojangles has opened up and love the breakfast biscuits. And it’s close by where I’m living so that’s great as well.

First time visiting a Bojangles and my experience was Stupendous! Went there Sunday, 6/25 after church service and Wow!!! The food was good, but the service was great!! Ms. Shaina and the staff present that day were friendly, attentive and helpful. Ms. Shaina took the time to provide some background information about Bojangles and made me and my company feel very welcomed. She definitely represented this franchise with pride, care and respect! The staff present was just as nice. As we departed, everyone wished us a blessed afternoon. Thank you for the wonderful experience!! Definitely will be returning to this location. Great, great fast food. Had some great chicken fingers here with my family. The dipping sauces are very tasty. The manager is very nice greeting people in the restaurant and asking if there is anything needed. Food was great and tasty and service lovely. They have a window where you can watch the cook making the biscuits and I think this is unique and interesting. The biscuits are fantastic and they even have a sweet biscuit called a Bo-Berry biscuit….yikes its delicious.

What type of corporate foolery is going on!? What is a tender/sandwich only platform!? They don’t sell real bone-in chicken. Just tenders. WHY. Sides are limited, but the mac and cheese slapped. The tenders were great though I’m not gon hold you. And their house made ranch was great as well. Biscuit was nice and soft. Sweet tea needs some work.
