Such good customer service! The main guy working there was super friendly and gave us recommendations, made sure we had everything and brought the food out to us. The restaurant closed in 10 minutes when we got there and they were still so nice and welcoming. The bbq chicken sandwich was good as well as the fresh fries and mashed potatoes. The restaurant was very clean and had a good experience here.

Never been here before, figured we would stop and grab a quick bite on our way back home from Alabama. Food was OK, customer service was good. Bathrooms were pretty nasty. Initially the customer service was through the roof, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by what looks like the manager. She was amazing and took very good care of us. After getting our meal we noticed that we were missing a dipping sauce. Let’s just say that they guard that dipping sauce like if it was Fort Knox lol they would not give us a dipping sauce for our meal and made us pay for it. No big deal right? It was only $.49 but it should have come with the meal. I get it people take advantage of situations like this and asked for several dipping sauces, but we just needed one. Small things go along way. Chicken was OK, biscuits were great, fries were old and the mac & cheese wasn’t all that good. The tater tot looking things were really good, that was the only thing that was fresh in our meal. Other than the biscuit, the biscuit was good. Would have been good to have some honey but I wasn’t paying for that either. I was afraid to go back up and ask.

We have never had a bad experience here! The customer service is unbeatable! Today, we were welcomed, and they even gave our daughter a free lemonade! The employees are always so friendly, it’s one of the cleanest restaurants we’ve been to in town, and the food is always fantastic!

My very first visit to the Bojangles on north Monroe. I was even sure if I would like the food. But my daughters and I were heading to pick up something for dinner. When my gut said try this place. Longer story short. I was completely blown away by the outstanding customer service, the quality and taste of the food, and the pricing compared to its competitors. The staff went above and beyond for my girls and I. I will forever be a customer of Bojangles. Keep up the great work.

Don’t stop at this location. We stopped here after a very long 8 hour drive. We were the only customers in the restaurant,and still had to wait 20 minutes for our food. The staff was rude, lazy,and bothered by our presence. They worried too much about hanging out with their friends and children. Also they all went outside the front door to smoke marijuana with a friend that drove up while our food was not being made. This place was absolutely ridiculous. The girls that took our order was very rude during the entire process,and gave us dirty looks. We felt prejudiced because of our race.

The food is delicious, if you can get what you want, but the wait times a ridiculous. Many sides were not ready. Some items would take 20+ minutes to prepare. After a lengthy wait, I’m told fresh tenders, part of my order, is finally coming up. Then I have to repeat my entire order to a different person, who is boxing it (did they clear it off their screens early, to fudge the time metrics?). Then, she realizes this whole time, the fries in my order weren’t dropped, so I wait again. Fast food? No!

Drive thru should acknowledge someone at the the drive thru even if it’s to say “be right with you”. Store wasn’t busy. Drive thru wasn’t busy (one car at window when I pulled up). After sitting about 5 minutes at drive thru kiosk, I finally said “Hello, anyone there?”, person took order. Couldn’t hear if they said go to first or second window. While I was waiting on food, person that drove up after I placed my order was repeatedly saying “Hello?”. No one acknowledged him, he finally just drove up to the window.

Nobody at cash register at first. After I did place order and fill my drink and went back to counter, all 3 employees were on their phones. Nobody was filling my order. After getting bored with her phone, 1 employee decided to fill the order. Seating area was filthy. 1 employee came into seating to make a personal call and told his phone friend that his break was coming up. Chicken was good.

Was treated unprofessionally while trying to pick up an order for a Doordash, maybe they don’t like people who aren’t of color because I asked for the name and the guy working mocked my voice. This is after I got harassed by what I assume was another worker outside when I drove up. These people are so rude and racist.
