It’s a drive thru only location, but I’m super excited to have one in the area when I visit. If you have not tried, you need to try the chicken and mix their Bojangles sauce with a packet of Texas Pete hot sauce… You’re welcome in advance!!!

Their biscuits are amazing. They are fresh and will just melt in your mouth… The coffee, wow! It’s way too strong. One cup, and you’re good for the rest of the day and pray your able to come down off the caffeine. From what I’ve eaten, it’s all been good. I enjoyed their salad. However, I honestly feel it’s a little pricey and a tad basic with its toppings, considering it’s their Club Salad. Having worked in customer service for over 15 years, I feel the drive-thru staff, especially those taking orders, should review their menu more along with the register to help with their learning more. That would definitely help ordering and window time to become faster, allowing a good pace and flow of customers and would keep the overall store time within it’s time limit…. Overall great experience, friendly staff and good food….

I would give 5 stars if dine-in was an option. With that said, drive thru flows nicely and only need waiting if something needs cooking fresh. Biscuits always fresh and just the best around. Staff seems friendly enough and haven’t received any food that hasn’t been fresh or hot. You must try the Bo’Berry Biscuit! It’s a tasty dessert option.

I told them my order 3 times at the mic . Then I proceeded to go to the window. The young lady was reading my order and I told her it wrong so she corrected it. Then I move to the next window. I heard the packing my order and I told her that was wrong . She got mad and packed it anyway. Now before I pulled off I check my food and it wrong. She wanted to see the receipt and I showed her. Then she proceeded to tell me to pull up. I did! Now it was only three cars in the line at this time. I had to wait until she finished the three cars in line problem . Plus wait for 10 more cars before I got my egg & sausage biscuit. That was crazy . The have to do better

I spent 31 minutes waiting for 3 chicken boxes. When I got to the window, they asked me if I would mind pulling around to the side door and that it would only be 3 minutes. I sat there for 18 minutes. Had I not gotten out of my truck and knocked on the door, I feel certain that I would be still waiting. On top of all of that, the young lady that was waiting on me did not give a SH?T. During this process, I had them verify my order 3 times. I live 20 miles from town and this was not my first rodeo. I asked the young lady again if the order was corrected. She guaranteed it. Well, I got home, and the order wan’t anywhere near correct. The bad part about that is more than likely, the person who got my order probably did not order the same thing as myself. Just an overall HORRIBLE experience.

The did was better than any other day food in Moultrie. The chicken was just a little bit less than exceptional but then again all food seems to be these days. But it was prepared well. The flavor was good. The coleslaw was ok. The macaroni was really good. The biscuits were really good. And the blueberry biscuits were great. The service was beyond great! I went there thinking it was open to the public. They were only doing training and offering free food to those like police and firemen… those with a coupon. They have me my food free because I didn’t know.. they didn’t wanna turn me away. They had no money in the drawers or service to use a card… so they still served me with respect and dignity and graciousness. THANK YOU because it felt at that point like a godsend.

We ordered the 20pc family dinner. My husband and son both got sick off the chicken. They said it tasted off. I don’t k is if someone left chicken sitting out or what the problem was. But for $50 worth of food, the only ones that didn’t get sick were us that either didn’t eat the food or ate none of the chicken! Do better Moultrie Bojangles! We will not be coming back to this one! I’d rather drive to tifton!

The food isn’t as good as the Bojangles in Svannah, Ga. The workers are ‘ghetto-like’ with no southern charm, respect, or sense of customer service. The southern charm makes Bojangles who they are. They workers are rude, and we can barely understand their language over the speaker, with the exception of our daughter and son-in-law. The workers like to argue with customers in the drive-thru line. The Bojangles in Moultrie, Ga. is giving the chain a bad reputation, and if others made a smart and honest review, it will be known that this restaurant will not be successful long. Our order is wrong every time. We go at randome times, and we do not know who is cooking or at the window. However, we ask for ‘tea with no ice’ (I cannot have ice) and they always put ice in it. When you approach the issue the workers get mad, and have attitudes with the customers. This morning (AUgust 4th, 2023). We ordered ‘4 #1s with four sweet teas with no ice’. The girl at the drive-thru repeated rudely, “All four with no ice?” We told her, “Yes, all four”, (we try to make our oder simple because they behave as if they can’t multi-task). We got three cajun chicken buiscuits and one chicken, egg, and cheese buscuit, and all four of our teas had ice. All of those people that were in there, none of them seemed to comprehend what we order, and we speak very good American/English. We have been trying to give this place a chance and over and over again, they prove they have incompetent workers with attitudes and no understanding of the English language. Bojangles will lose more money and customers if they keep messing up like this.
