I’ve been trying a variety of fast food joints to compare their prices and biscuits. Bo hands down, has one of the best biscuits out there. However I’m yet to get a one. The price for a singles sausage biscuit was a little pricey, by far not the most expensive. The overall taste: DELICIOUS. The overall service: quick and cordial. Right now Bo stands at number 2, but if my biscuit had been a little fresher I’m sure it’d tie with my number 1. But I’m still on the lookout for the best biscuit in town. PS THOSE HASH ROUNDS THOUGH BUT you only get 4. The Bo on hwy 96 is ALWAYS spotless inside and out including the restroom, it’s the only one I’ve visited inside. I recommend Bo for breakfast. The coffee was good too.

I left a less than stellar review a few months ago in which I indicated a bit of disappointment. Yesterday, I decided to try this restaurant again, and boy am I glad I did. I had a two piece chicken meal (breast & thigh) with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was probably the best chicken dinner I’ve had in years! First, the service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The chicken pieces were huge and absolutely delicious! The sides were fresh and also delicious! I don’t know if I happened to catch them on a good day this time, or a bad day last time, but I’m definitely coming back, hoping for another good day.

This location was so amazing this morning! I had to place a large order over the phone about 15 minutes after they opened (5:15 AM so…ouch). I was feeling a little sheepish about it, but the gal that answered the phone was so polite and friendly! When I showed up to collect the order at the drive thru about 20 mins later (20 mins! I ordered quite a bit, too) , not only was the food ready to roll, but both of the ladies at the payment and pickup window were super sweet and smiling. The food and customer service were excellent; shout out to the crew working the opening shift on 7/21/2023! Give them a bonus or something!

I wasn’t very happy with the overall experience. The assistant manager wasn’t very attentive, customer friendly, or accommodating to our needs. Tony, one of the employees stepped up to the plate and handled the situation providing us excellent customer service. In my opinion, being an ex manager in the fast food industry, Tony should have the job being in management not just an employee. He showed kindness, friendliness, attentiveness, and that he really cares and has genuine concern for the customer.

They usually forget to put a fork/spoon or sauce in the bag so you have to check every time. And the size of the chicken tenders is about half the size of the biscuits. A 5 piece tender is bot going to fill up an adult so you have to order extra sides. The 5 piece combo is about 10$ without any extras.
