This location has always been pretty good. Yesterday’s experience, not so much. My husband and I both ordered the 3 pc supremes combo w/ no drinks. We were still charged for the drinks. Our biscuits were the flattest I’ve ever seen, not good. One of the supremes my husband received in his combo was the smallest supreme, more like a chicken nugget. The cashier was not kind at all, didn’t say a word to us when we pulled up to the window. It’s the little things that mean a lot and want customers to return, yesterday’s visit makes me not want to return to this location.

Every time that I go, my order is messed up. Today I went, and my biscuits were missing from my order. The last time that I went, they gave me the wrong family meal order. And there have been other messed up on our orders before as well. We will simply just stop going to this location and give it a try to the other Bojangles. This location always feels rushed.

This place is retro but in a bad way. The speaker you order take out from is terrible and echoes. The girl that took my order and money was telling another girl that worked there to SHUT UP and that girl was doing her job or trying. Then they made me wait 23 minutes on my order (that was made in 6 mins)and they forgot I was outside waiting so I had to pull over and go in with them dealing with 3 customers, so it wasn’t like they was busy. Terrible attitudes. Terrible broken down restaurant.

Last time I had bojangles was in Macon and it was some of the best and most flavorful chicken I had ever had. This time not so much. I ordered online and when I came in it was not busy but the drive thru did fill up. No one was up front when I came in but the ladies in the cook line were very nice and when they noticed me there they did help. I’m not kidding when I say this, the last time I ate at the Macon location was a10/10 and this was a 1/10 food wise. I got the surpremes and they were quite literally dust when I bit into them. No flavor and the texture was what I would imagine biting into insulation would be like. My wife got the sandwich which was better but some parts were weirdly chewy??????????? Like super chewy. So chewy. The chewiest. The fries were decent. That’s where all the seasoning went. My tea was wrong but whatever overall the chicken is what really made us sad. Super sad. You ever seen inside out? Like sadness levels of sad.

I was the only customer in the building, and I still ended up waiting for at least ten minutes. Obviously, the employees don’t pay attention, or they just don’t care. One of the employees was even in the restroom stall the entire time, probably on their phone or something. Next, I asked for a large, and I was given a medium. Another failure to pay attention. On top of that, the fries were luke-warm and the chicken tenders tasted like theybwere stale. Good job, guys. Way to set a new low.

Usually this location is decent. The one across town is much better. But today was absolutely the worst. Saturday July 15th 6pm. All of the employees excluding one young lady were all on their phones instead of working the whole entire time we waited. All of them were walking around staring down at their phones texting the entire time. The girl at the window whom took our order had earbuds in listening to music which made sense why she couldn’t hear what was being ordered. Waited 14 min in the drive thru for ONE chicken tenders meal. The blonde wavy haired young guy cooking wasn’t wearing a hair net, a hat, nor gloves. The only one cleaning or working whatsoever was the young blonde girl with a hat on. Very disappointing. They should all be retrained or follow suit to the blonde young lady. Very unprofessional.

I ordered my food on the app. When entering the restaurant, 1 of the employees was leaning on a counter, on his phone. After a couple of minutes standing there, one customer left because no one was waiting on us. Finally an employee asked what I needed. After I told him I had an online order, he came back and said they were out of dirty rice. I says at 12:30PM. He said they’ve been out since the day before. I asked for a refund on my purchase and they said they couldn’t do it at the store that I would have to go online. Problem is, I can’t find where I can do it online. Instead of going through the hassle of trying to get a refund, I settled for 2 other sides. One main reason I go to Bojangles is for the dirty rice, I always order it as both of my fixins. As I was waiting for them to get my food, one of the employees, who probably was the manager, a short, rounded Latino looking guy, came out from behind the counter and brushed into me. I looked at him and he said sorry. Reading a previous review, he has to be the same guy that was shouting at another customer. The rest of the staff was courteous but it was a disappointing experience.

This is the 2nd time that Mexican man has been rude as heck!! They said they were only accepting cards. Then the Mexican stuck his head out & said can’t you hear?? Then I was talking to the black manager as I was leaving (he was standing in the doorway smoking). And the Mexican came out still running his mouth! The Mexican man is going to run off your business! I have been going in there since day 1. But, I will never go back. I have been spending over $10 a day. If you want my phone number I’d love to talk to the owner! Is the owner local??
