Despite correctly repeating my order back to me twice because I wanted to make sure they understood the upgrade changes, they still gave me the wrong items but charged me for the upgrades. They were out of bags, so I was given my $50+ order of 4 meals and extra sides individually. When I got home (30 minutes away) and discovered the order was wrong, I tried calling multiple times but never got an answer.

Went this morning and ordered two sausage and egg biscuit charged the wrong price ask for a tea charged for the tea but they didn’t have any so I had to get Pepsi dine in but my food was put in a bag asked for napkins all the person said was we don’t have any and walked off they need to get there service better this is not the first time I had a bad experience with them I will not be going there again

We had a party of 10 and ordered at 9am and went to pick it up at our pick up time of 12:30 and they told us they were out of chicken. After we paid for the chicken. Our whole family were left with no food for my brother’s birthday. Never go here. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

They finally opened their dining room but shouldn’t have bothered. They had nobody working the counter. One young lady was working the drive through AND taking orders while a young man pu orders together and another was cooking. They were doing what they could but they need more help. Meantime the manager was in the dining area on the phone.

Always inconsistent. Today they didn’t start lunch at 11, no explanation. The other day they didn’t have five different key things on the menu like biscuits, sides and supremes. So I thought I’d make sides at home and get Chicken. Nope they didn’t have chicken ready for 20 more minutes. What were they doing back there with so little to offer and couldn’t even have chicken done?

Stood at the register inside for 20 min this morning before anyone in the store would even speak to me when there was literally nobody else inside the store but there were at least 7 people working behind the counter. Once I did get waited on the women was polite and she handed me my food right after I finally got to order but before that point they would look directly at me but never offered any assistance or even simply said we will be with you in a moment. I would understand if they were busy but they were instead standing around which only added to my frustration.

This place has horrible service. I understand that it takes time to provide fresh food but it could at least be the food you order. The past three weekends in a row I have ordered #3 (Bacon egg and cheese biscuit) I never get the biscuit. It’s either a plain steak biscuit or sausage egg and cheese. Then when you get home you don’t have your fries or Bo rounds. This morning I looked for the fries and waited 5 more minutes in the drive thru for the fries being asked what I ordered like shouldn’t they know? Then when I get home we have sausage instead of bacon. I know it’s the holidays but this place needs to shut down or rethink it’s management positions. When you go to Bojangles in Lavonia you can actually go on lunch break and get your right food and have time and want to eat it…just saying I will drive my family to the next town since our Bojangles is nothing but a disappointment.

Unprofessional flirting with customers. Took 5 minutes to hand back change while she flirted with customer. Another family was in line too. Then wanted me to wait while they filled other orders before I placed mine. I had stood in line literally 15 minutes while she waited on two orders. Then, it looked like everyone was high because they moved in slow motion. Many disappearing for long bits of time while I waited. Took over 20 minutes just to get my simple order out despite only 2vother people in front of me.

I ordered ahead & prepaid for my 60.00 order. When I got there to pickup, doors were locked & I had to get in a line 9 cars deep. A sign that says Skip the line; Order ahead is all over the property!! Yet I was not allowed to skip the long, slow line. I will never place a party order with Hartwell Bojangles again.
