The most amazing fast food place! I love the staff and the food is the most delicious. Gaby has a good customer voice! She is so happy to be there and excited to take my order. Gosh, I am so glad that this restaurant is so close to me! She is a very sweet girl and greets me by my name. Thanks for this wonderful experience bojangles !

First off they had no Bo-Berry biscuits. So I got a chicken biscuit. Opened up and first thing I see is a hair on my biscuit. Not eating here again. Waste of money today.

The sweet girl at drive through awesome!! However company menu changes poor decisions. NO Bo sauce bad decisions. The chicken held the sauce. Only spicy chicken poor decision!!!!!

What’s the point of having a dine in restaurant if you can’t be open for dine in most mornings?!? The manager consistently closes the restaurant in the morning, while leaving the drive thru open. The best part is the sign shows the dining room is open. This has been going on for months and I’m finally choosing to write this review.

Order a grilled chicken club deluxe. It was smothered in mayonnaise, had half a tomato and no bacon and no lettuce. Usually these are my favorite grilled chicken. They either don’t have grilled chicken lately or like today I pay $8.55 for a grilled mayonnaise chicken sandwich.

I came into the store, waited about 5 minutes no one greeted me. I was in the process of working on placing my order online becuase the children were playing around. They were playing derogatory music. I was finally helped, and then as I was waiting they ended up giving my order to someone else. As someone use to be a manager for Bojangles that is poor customer service. As a previous store manager I’m baffled. The biscuits weren’t fresh, plus another customer came in for a 20 piece they didn’t even have enough food for 5 o’ clock rush.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with a drink get to window to pay and had them add fries total was 10 dollars and the charge me a extra 2 dollars for fries then told me we don’t have the sandwich they don’t do them anymore gave me a chicken biscuit and fries really 12 bucks for a biscuit and fries if you don’t do the sandwich take it off the menu than the girl at the second window was very rude when questioned about I wanted to see a receipt since they didn’t give me one so I just got ripped off I promise you I will not return

I really had a taste for some fried chicken and this was the only option around. It was decent, but the chicken needed some more seasoning. The customer service was fine. It was a bit of a wait for my particular order to get pushed through, but that happens. The restaurant was clean and I had a decent experience.
