It can be hit or miss. A few times I’ve found very obviously not my hair under boberry biscuits after I had to wait 20 minutes for them. I was told to pull forward it would be 3 min..20 min later I go in and magically some are ready and the initial batch was “burned” so had to start over. But sometimes it’s good and fresh. Really just a toss up.

So my wife and I frequent Bojangles quite a bit. We come thru this morning ordered our usual Cajun biscuit combos. Our only extra request was for extra seasoning on our fries. I guess I should have just asked for them to scrape the hard cardboard fries from the 1st days batch because that’s what we got. Now this isn’t the first time we have asked for this and on previous request we got the extra seasoning and fries were hot fresh enjoyable. Today was literally cardboard. Now yes I could have turned around and complained but we were trying to stay on schedule for an important meeting. That’s why we chose Bojangles. Fast, friendly, customer first type service. Somebody please go and start some fresh fries because I bet I’m not the only one this morning that got this result. Thank GOD my teeth are strong and I didn’t chip a tooth.

Excellent chicken, hot and very fresh. The dining area was practically empty at the peak lunch hour though. The sides I got were green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. Both pretty inedible. I do however LOVE LOVE LOVE the chicken. Maybe a makeover or update on the sites would help

This Bojangles and the one in Cleveland must be owned by the same person. They have the worst service and the worst food of all the bojangles I have been too. The wait is forever and then they short your to- go meals to snacks. 3 2pc meals, no biscuits no sides. Basicly 30 dollars for 6 pc of chicken. No drinks with these meals to boot. Insane. Never again. Not worth the drive back to fix it. Sick of these resturaunts. They need to just close for good.

Let’s put some soap in the soap dispensers in the bathroom, let’s put some sanitizer in the sanitizer dispenser in the dining area, clean your tables every once in a while, and how about fix the wobbly tables that cause accidents in the dining area, other than that food is normally hot and good.
