Very possibly the best fried chicken at the airport. The line was long. The restaurant ran out of thighs with wait time expected to be 30 min. The biscuits are so so but the max n cheese is good. Reasonably priced for the airport.

It was around 1 pm and they were completely out of any kind of chicken strips or fries. The only thing they had left were premade spicy chicken breakfast sandwiches left over from breakfast hours. Considering I had only eaten a Biscoff cookie and Diet Coke on an earlier flight that day, the sandwich was alright. The employee was probably one of the more courteous in any of the food stalls in that concourse. Kudos to him.

If there were 10 stars I’d give me all !!!! I’ve always heard about Bogangles and finally I had the opportunity to try and “critique’. Hands down up in the top 5 of best fast food fried chicken. The crunch echoed in the air as I took my first bite lol The chicken was so moist, freshly fried and delicious. Why don’t we have e one in South Florida? The lines would be pending corners !!! I didn’t get a side it was all about the chicken for me. I got a leg and tigh. There was one flavor not like other establishment but who need opinions when you habe a perfect piece of chicken. The biscuit was perfect and freshly baked, The staff was warm and friendly. Service was woth a smile for sure. Can’t wait to try it again !!! You have to Bogangles South Floridians 🙂

Customer service is ratchet as it gets. You will get a side of extra attitude whether you like it or not. The chicken is subpar and not worth the TERRIBLE service. Save you the trouble and go to Popeyes.

The man “running the front and back” was rude, loud and disrepectful. He could use a class on class instead of trying to be the attention seeker he is trying to be. Ordered a “plain” chicken sandwich, only to be told “the new girl didn’t know” that the chicken sandwiches are premade with pickles and mayo…then ran out of all chicken right in front of our eyes…the chicken tenders they put on the bun to complete our order was actually good but would never return if that employee is working there. He has no customer service skills.

So disappointed. I did not life in there a Bojangles has her excited to eat at the one in the airport. However, they did not have any fried chicken, other than wings which was very overcook. The biscuit was dry, dirty rice was over cooked. It was just overall disgusting. The customer service sucked.
