Ok, so this is my 2nd time ordering from here. The first time the food was so good, I didn’t have nothing left to take pics of. This time I tried their sausage egg and cheese biscuit The first time I had their chicken breakfast biscuit so I ordered another chicken breakfast biscuit to have tomorrow morning I also grabbed and was lucky to get their blueberry biscuits, they look good and I can’t wait to try them tomorrow as well! And of course I had to order me some bo’rounds… I was disappointed that I didn’t get the full serving but they make up for that in taste! This time my order was delivery and whomever packed my bag did an excellent job! The Uber eats app didn’t have the option for flatware and condiments! As you can see from the pics, whoever packed my stuff knew the deal, thank you Bo’Jangles

Man when I say the food was good, it was good good. Never had bojangles before so me and my family decided to give it a shot and we are so glad we did. The gravy that came with the mashed potatoes I ordered was the star of the show. When we walked in we had about 3 employees welcome us. Had one employee that said he was from Florida (where we are from) tell us what’s good and struck up a little convo. Everyone was so friendly from the cashier to the person that handed us our food that we waved and said our goodbyes when leaving and that doesn’t happen often. Will be coming back again while we are here on vacation

I honestly think that it’s sad that you can’t really get good food or quality service on this side of town. Not exactly sure why I was charged $15 for a half of a biscuit with gravy, a side of Bo rounds and a sweet tea but after sitting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes with it being just me and two other cars I no longer had the energy to even try and figure that out. All in all I really hope these businesses can amp up the quality of service in the near future.

This is my favorite one, I drive all the way from Fayetteville (and yes we have one there) just to get Craig Sweet Tea and his smile.. this one never disappoints.. if you are having a rough morning or a late start.. please go by here because trust me it will turn your day around.. I ordered online at 5:04 am. Got a message that read my order was ready at 5:10. I got there at 5:15 and waited 20 minutes. So I tapped on the drive thru window and was told they don’t open until 6 am. The website and app state 5 am. 6:05 I’m waiting. 6:15 three cars have came, got service and left. This the type of service you get in Riverdale.

Worst customer service ever!!! I just went to the drive thru. Nothing…no greeting no nothing. So after 5 mins of silence I just go around because at this point I think the speaker must be broke. I get to the window and this so called manager name Zekiya or whatever she said comes to the window and says I gotta go back around and wait in line that just formed. States they didn’t say anything because they were busy.. like what?! Not a hold on one min I’ll be right with you. Nothing! Was very rude and mind you when I just drove to the window after waiting 5 mins there was only one car there at the window…. This location definitely needs more training. And that manager needs to be looked into!
