Ordered my food and they pulled me up behind another car. Waited over 10 minutes to get my food. While waiting another 2 cars went through the drive thru and gave them their order. Called the office inside and they tell me they can’t cook my order on the phone with me. Totally unacceptable for the wait and the service.

The manager on the 3 o’clock shift was really sweet and helpful. She was kind made sure to find out what items they had or didn’t have, make sure my food was fresh everything was in my bag even napkins. help me to figure out what deals were best for my family size. The bo berry biscuit were absolutely delicious fresh hot the icing was perfect the biscuits were cooked perfect.The tenders were cooked fresh and hot, they are great. Once they cool off the crust became to hard to chew. The macaroni and cheese stayed hot for a long time,it was really good and the fries were tasty….I was pleased with the French fries to top it all off of tasty fresh half gallon of sweet tea just helped wash everything down. I really appreciate the Bojangles here in Adairsville over the Bojangles in Rome, they were aiming to be pleasing and helpful and make sure that the items on my order were all correct great job!

I made mobile order at 720 am to pick up at 1145 am. First complaint you have nowhere separate for mobile orders to pick up. I had to sit in line after calling the restaurant. After 20 minutes in line I gave the mobile order info at the speaker and was told to pull around. When I got to the window was told it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before my order was ready. They said they don’t get the mobile orders until the mobile order shows up? I would have canceled the order but because I already paid for it online I didn’t want to go through another hassle. I’m very dissatisfied with the service from start to finish on this order and unfortunately this is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this location. I’m now at one hour past when I was supposed to receive my order and still don’t have it. I tried to call inside twice to see if it was ready and got no answer Shameful service and terrible attitudes at the window. It’s obvious they just don’t care about their customers or their jobs. I won’t be back to this location and I’m sure that’s just fine with the employees working at this location.

came through to place an order and the person on the intercom was immediately rude when taking our order. once we were finished with the first combo she immediately said “pull around to the second window” we then stated that we weren’t finished with the order and she said “ come around to the second window “ once we pulled around the person at the window tried to take our order again because apparently the lady that initially took the order didn’t place it in the system. when we asked for that persons name she said it was her manager we then asked for the name again and she wouldn’t give it to us. the window was then closed and she shouted “hey they want your name” and the manager came to the window and i asked why she was being so rude and she said because she didn’t feel like taking the order and her friend called and that that was more important.

Never have I experienced such rudeness at a restaurant!!!!! Went through the drive thru and they didn’t have chicken breast….. how does a chicken place not have chicken??? So asked what they did have, silence…. Then after a few moments I was asked if I wanted anything else, I replied again with what do you have available? I was asked what sides and I said mashed potatoes and rice… he said WHAT!! Literally yelled at me, so I yelled back, MASHED POTATOES AND RICE…. Then I said, never mind I would rather go home and eat ramen noodles than deal with your attitude. He said BYE! Unfortunately I had my kids in the car and did not want them to witness their dad yelling and cussing so I drove off. I will never under any circumstances spend my money at this place again!

Oh man, I moved from Alaska they didn’t have this in the area where I lived. Biscuits are $4.80 I think, that’s a bit high. Very good tho. Its drive through only at this Adairsville location

This place never have any chicken, stopped in today asked if they had chicken ready in 7 min. We ordered a 8 piece family meal. When we got home we only had 7 pieces. These boys cant even count to 8.
