Placed the order online, showed up at the correct time, and still had to wait 20 minutes for the food to arrive, again. The order was not correct, they refused to correct it, and we were overcharged. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. Next time just going next door to Sam’s Club and getting a whole box of chicken sandwiches which are just as good and less expensive.

Ordered at the window, asked to pull to the side for Bo-rounds, waited over 20 minutes, went inside to ask about our order and waited over 15 more minutes and overheard an employee tell another customer that they were out of Bo-rounds. I approached the counter and asked for a refund since they didn’t have bo-rounds and was told that they had bo-rounds. I again asked for and was given a refund.

our experience was ridiculous!! Nobody else but us in the drive through-probably 5 workers behind the window. We ordered two 3 piece supremes…we were given one 3 piece supreme with no biscut and one ZERO piece supreme without a biscut. I mean how do you forget three pieces of chicken?!? Oh and to add, it was TWENTY THREE DOLLARS for no chicken in one box and no biscuits.
