I’ve been hearing about Bojangles for a couple years now and finally got to try them out! We got a variety of foods to try and some of our favorites were the mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits, Cajun pintos, and of course the friend chicken. Oh and we also enjoyed the Cajun fries. Now let’s talk about the service. I had my whole family and you would have thought my youngest was a prince they made him feel so special. “And what for you fine sir” which made him smile and feel very adult. The staff here was incredible! If you go I highly recommend the creamy buffalo & honey mustard sauces, the mashed potatoes & gravy, and any of their chicken items.

This Bojangles takes especially long to get through and no one can seem to follow the pattern of the drive thru. On a Sunday at lunch it took over 30 minutes to order and receive our food due to slowness and multiple cars cutting into the second speaker line. The food is usually excellent but they are occasionally out of menu items or may forget something key in the order (today it was utensils and straws). Will not be returning to this Bojangles on a Sunday again due to to length of time – it is not “fast” food.

The manager on duty would not give me her name. I just know she’s short and African American. Can barely see over the counter had a really nasty attitude along with the cashier no wonder the manager has an attitude because the cashier has an attitude. The. This is why yall don’t have any customers. Also the line wouldn’t move for 20 minutes at a time the inside was so slow. The manager had no apology for me as a customer and continued to let the teenager who’s a cashier standing right behind her talk trash to the customer no apology from the manager whatsoever in fact she made excuses for the teenager and had an attitude herself. I don’t understand what’s so hard to comprehend about putting sauces in a separate bag from the food. I asked for a refund because of the attitude problems and not only that but because of the uncleanliness in the store people were dealing with food and dealing with money and not washing their hands having one glove on one plus off while playing with their hair over the food I didn’t want any of that. I think the heck needs to come up there and take a look around that store because they are not sanitary.

Went tonight about an hour before closing, and the doors were locked even though the sign said dine in until 10 (not the first time I’ve seen this happen at this location). The only reason I went to the door in the first place is because half of the building was covered by a delivery truck, and no one was acknowledging the drivers at the speakers. I saw about 5 cars including myself drive off. I’m presuming all of this was because of short staffing, which I get, but at this point, it’s a reflection on management and owners. If they can’t get enough people to work, they need to raise wage, and if they can’t get the ones who work to care, they need to give more benefits and incentives and/or rehire. Definitely a reflection on poor management and ownership not caring about their workers or customers

A bunch of unnecessary chaos. Had to get out of drive thru because no orders were being taken, and I still had to wait 30 min to get my order. 20 people and no one could get anything done properly and in a timely manner. God forbid you give the cashier actual money. She had no idea how to make change.

This is by far the worst Bojangles I have had to deal with. They are severely unprofessional, and they looked at me several times and never acknowledged me. Stood waiting for over 20 minutes on Father’s Day, and there was nobody in the lobby.! before they even attempted to acknowledge me. They are slow, rude and very inconsiderate. This is not how you run a business.

Over the holiday weekend the app didn’t let us know the store didn’t have eggs for the five egg sandwiches we ordered. Melvin made it right once the eggs came in. All the staff was friendly and food was excellent.

Ordered Mac & cheese as a side. Took 25 min to prepare. Went to BoJangles to not wait the same amt of time as I would a full service restaurant or cook it myself.
