The special was 2 egg and sausage biscuits for $5.00. When trying to add cheese to one, they wanted to dishonor the special and charge a little over $7.00 for separate biscuits. When asked how much a slice of cheese on the side would cost, we were told .65 cents. I think it would have been more sanitary if they would have charged .65 extra and put the cheese on the biscuit instead of placing it in wax paper on the side. How is giving the cheese on the side any different than just charging the extra .65 for the add on to the biscuit?

Hate to leave bad reviews, but I want to on behalf of the lone employee working the night of 8/5. This employee was seemingly running the whole restaurant by himself, with no help.

Ordered a Cajun filet biscuit, add tomato. The slice of tomato was ridiculously thin. To the people working there…would you like your slice of tomato toe nail thick? Get it together please. Make that biscuit like you’d want yours to be!

Went through drive thru The food was cooked hard and thise fries were half burnt. The young lady and the young man at the drive thru did more playing than getting the food. Very disappointing. Bojangles is usually on point. Not sure what’s going on with this location. Our first visit was similar but not as bad. Might just drive the extra miles to get my food. I hate wasting time and money. They are extremely slow as well.

Waited 20minutes for a single meal. Meal should include a biscuit but I got two orders of French fries. I would be fine if I was told but no one told me about it and I do not appreciate that

Who doesn’t love a great steak biscuit? May be a chicken place, but my favorite chain restaurant to go to when I splurge for steak biscuits.

I have always loved Bojangles since my very first visit back in the 80s. I believe the first Bojangles was on 4th and Tryon in Charlotte, NC. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Welcome to SLOWjangles! Poor employee attitudes and even worse the food is terrible. All of our items were undercooked and the biscuits were still raw. After waiting 30 minutes for the food you would think it would at least be cooked. Such a terrible experience.

Great food and employees, one of the better fast food restaurants in the area, lines are sometimes long but the employees are trying hard and very friendly, prices are reasonable unless you get the family size options they seem pretty high, had one visit with missing food and they took care of it without a problem, thank you !

Went there for dinner on the 21st of March, got the Bojangler meal, it was good. We were the only ones there at 5:00pm. That was strange, then I noticed that the A rating that’s supposed to be posted was missing, I searched and could find it nowhere. Couldn’t help but wonder if they were hiding something. A bit concerning.
