What’s happening at this location? Always something: sweet tea gallon instead of requested unsweetened tea; wrong orders, no sauces, and today after a half an hour wait we got our Family Box and they had pretty much emptied a full seasoning bottle in our fries: absolutely uneatable.

It was the last 10 minutes before they closed this evening is when we went. Where other places had shutdown they happened to still be opened. The young man that was the cashier gave us great service with a smile. I appreciated the service and would definitely recommend and go back. Plenty of places have a hard time finding people that make you feel good about spending your money in there establishment but, this young guy even at the very end made my evening. Oh and the food was still tasty even at the end lol.

Weird vibes here, food is ok compared to better Bojangle’s locations. Slow to come take the order at register, not really friendly either. They play Christian music but then the workers cuss while talking to each other and friend’s that come in. It’s a great location, wish it was better!

Resturant needs cleaning..look next ro walls..filth. workers have improved. Food generally not kept HOT. Country ham very sparce on biscuits. Love Bojangles on south blvd. Great Ham and biscuits. Bojangles has BEST BISCUITS EVER !!!

Bojangles makes me so upset. You sit in drive-thru to place orslder, get to window – order is WRONG, supposedly get it fixed to drive home missing the most expensive thing ordered. Tried calling location and no answer. Sick of this location!!!!

Im a loyal Bojangles customer , lately service has been very poor. Sometimes there’s a great staff but other times it’s terrible, the manager a Lady interrupted the associate taking my order , she sounded rude and said the place was not Popeyes just because I asked for a side of rice and a side of beans. No ketchup nor honey mustard was offered or in the box. As I said, sometimes service is great but I assume the evening shift staff and Lady manager are not liking their job too much making them not give a great customer experience!!!

Always friendly and they remodeled the interior recently. However the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a while and was running over with trash. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.
