Hubby asked for a 5 piece meal & ended up with chicken strips. They didn’t have anything to drink except tea or water. Fries were delicious! Hubby asked for double fries instead of 2 different sides & was charged extra. I don’t eat spicy food so I can’t tell you about taste except for the couple of fries I tasted.

I really give this place a 0/5 stars. This bojangles is the worst one I have ever been to. There was no service, and the chicken was raw. The bo rounds were also undercooked. They gave us no sauce and they shortened us chicken, and I drink. Worst fast food ever. DO NOT GO!!!

Employees very rude and we watched the employee making our breakfast lean her belly onto our biscuits while reaching to get a paper to wrap it in. Ask for our money back and got grief over it. Will not go back!

Decent for drive thru. Messed up my order though when I wanted a cajun chicken sandwich and they gave it to me on the biscuit. When they switched it out, the new sandwich didn’t have the mayo on it. Also was completely out of Pepsi lol but the sweet tea was on point

Most of the time you go there it sounds like they have an attitude when ordering. At the window they don’t talk and 99% of the time you get the wrong dipping sauce or non at all. Stingy with fries and you get chicken nugget sized tenders and insult you by calling them “Supreme”. Not just one incident it’s a reoccurring issue.

I am completely traumatized no exaggeration. I went this morning and normally I get Chicken Supremes, I knew they would be small so I opt for the Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit I got home and started eating and it felt gummy in my mouth, I spit it out and it was raw, pink not fully cooked and immediately started vomiting. NEVER AGAIN. I AM GAGGING TYPING THIS I CAN’T THINK ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WITHOUT GETTING NAUSEOUS.
