I came here on 08/25/2023, every time I come they act like they don’t know what a vegetable plate is. It’s four sides and a biscuit, but today they added HAIR in my food, in the dirty rice. I’m throwing the rest of it away. Ridiculous.

I’ve had 2 bad experiences with this Bojangles, within the past couple of months. A Cajun Filet Biscuit, I got was dry, and couldn’t even eat it. It must’ve been there for sometime. Another time, I got the 2 piece meal, the chicken thigh was pink, on the inside, it wasn’t cooked enough. It was awful. I’m not going to visit this Bojangles for awhile. I hope something changes, or they want have my business anymore. I don’t know what is going on. It use to be real fresh, and great. They may need another manager, or at least someone that cooks fresh, hot, and delicious food, for the customers. They need some people to work there, that care….

Me and my family stopped in here to grab some breakfast we got what we usually order and the food was good compared to other times where my fries were over cooked , they did a great job and I have to give a big shoutout to the server , Renetta she was super friendly and honestly made our whole day , she made sure all our needs were met and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything , THANK YOU Renetta , and god bless you.

I don’t understand the hours ? It says they close at 10. I counted on that information to feed my family after a long day. I arrived at the drive through at 9 sat there for a bit. Drove around a couple times. I saw them giving food to another car!.. I decided to leave.

I was asked if “I just learned how to drive.” Because I wasn’t right up against the window. (I was not that far away.) He was tall, he could reach. If it was such a problem he couldve asked me nicely to try to move my car back and forward instead of being rude. There was no need to make such a rude comment.

My husband and I went to this bojangles the other week to get some food fast before we had to be at a gathering. We pulled into the drive through line around 6:15pm (PRIME dinner time). We ordered supremes and an order of 6 bo-berry biscuits. They told us that it would be 3 mins on the biscuits which we were fine with since it wasn’t breakfast time. We pulled up to the window to pay and the lady took our payment and gave us our drinks. She told us to pull off to the side parking to wait for the biscuits. We waited for about 10 minutes (giving them some time in case something happened). I told my husband that it looked like the employees were just standing around and no one was cooking anything. He said we should just wait a few more minutes to see if they will bring out the food. 20 minutes later, I told my husband to just go inside and find out what was going on. He went inside and they said “what did you order?” and “when did you order?” — meaning they had completely forgotten about the ONE order they had at the time we were there. Once he explained the situation, what seemed to be the cook came from the back and said “well don’t you want your food to be fresh?” which was incredibly rude given the fact that we had waited for over 30 minutes at this point. After some back and forth, the manager that was there came out and apologized about the situation. We got our food and finally left around 6:50. There was only one other car that went through the drive through while we were there which makes this situation even more frustrating that they had two customers and couldn’t even remember to take care of one of them.

The fries are tough and taste burned (I’m pretty sure they were cooked in old oil), and the tables haven’t been wiped off since the breakfast rush. Every time I come to this location is worse than the last.

Excellent Bojangles, the food there changed my mind about Bojangles. The one in Powdersville is so bad that the last time I went there to get breakfast biscuits, we threw them in the trash. We’ve never been back. This one was great!
