Ordered in drive through. After I ordered they asked me to park off to the side & they would bring out my food as soon as it was ready. Well after I sat there for 20 mins. I finally went inside & asked what was going on. They looked surprised as they had forgotten all about me. My Family meal wasn’t ready so I had to wait another 15 mins for them to cook the dirty rice. Finally got my food went back to the car & they didn’t give me all the food I ordered. I went back in & had to wait another 5 mins. for my chicken sandwich to be fixed. I was there for over 45 mins waiting on my food.

The lady that took our order was the best thing about this bojangles. No food hardly prepared. Place was nasty. What was there was old. Took 30 mins to get food. Served others that was after us and at drive thru. Never go back again

This place is ran by people who don’t care about customer service or anything for that matter. I wouldn’t go here we waited 15 minutes for our order to be took. They were not busy they had 2 cars in the drive thru food was decent but sub par at best. And the inside of the Restaurant smells terrible and not to mention they got our order wrong and wouldn’t fix it
