I asked for a 4 piece chicken and this is what I get for $14. They remembered everything except the freaking chicken. That’s it, this has been a thing too many times. I don’t recommend going to this Bojangles. The main entree didn’t even come with my meal! I should get a refund for this. Beyond angry. I even waited in the parking lot for 10 mins so the chicken could be done. Absolutely pointless and a waste of time dealing with this particular bojangles. Will not be returning.

I ordered a three piece meal and a biscuit. I was told it would be a 12 minute wait on the chicken because they had to cook more. I agreed and proceeded to wait. After 30 minutes of waiting and watching people who ordered after me get there meals (including several big boxes of chicken) I asked why I was still waiting. I was then told that they had to cook more chicken and it would be about 15 more minutes. I tried to get an explanation as to why my order was obviously put to the side over others but all they could do was say sorry you’re going to have to wait. I finally just asked for my money back and left, went across the road to Ingles where I got much better chicken at a better price. Bojangles in Pickens really needs to get there act together. I did overhear them telling other customers that they were short staffed but I counted six employees. Most of them were too busy socializing and just standing around.

Don’t waste your time using that app. My food was supposed to be ready at 6:50 but wasn’t ready until 7:05. The cashier boy wasn’t friendly at all. Never said sorry for your wait or even a thank you. The food however was good.

Pulled me twice. Ordered a box was told 5 minutes on Supremes so I pulled up. Waited for 30 mins. Then when they brought it out there were no biscuits. So I pulled around and let them know. They said there would be a 3 min wait on biscuits and pulled me. They brought my biscuits out with in 10 mins. But instead of it being 4 biscuits I was supposed to get with my order it was just one. Pulled around for the 3rd time and let them know. Said that everyone was waiting on biscuits so it’d be another 5 min wait. I waited. My “fresh” Supremes were definitely not fresh by that point. Thank God for an air fryer, otherwise they would’ve been cold when I got home, which is less than 4 mins away from this Bojangles. It was around 5 but there was one other customer in dt and three young boys working in there. Manager seemed over his job. He literally had air pods in and could barely take an order. He was also pretty young.

I stopped by this Bojangles around 2:10 to get an 8 pc Supremes dinner, but the drive thru screen only offered a 12 piece box. I decided to get it and just save the leftovers. After I paid my $38 and change, I was told they were cooking Supremes fresh and they would be ready in 5 minutes, pull up to the rail, etc. After over 10 minutes and no food, I called into the store. This time I was told that they were out of biscuits but fresh ones would be out of the oven in a minute and a half. After waiting another 8 minutes with no food, I was ready to get out and go in when I saw someone come out with my food. A TWENTY MINUTE WAIT! I told the guy that there was no excuse for this, he said people had gotten off shift at 2:00, they ran out of biscuits, etc etc. However I watched order after order leave while I was waiting, and I think they gave those people the biscuits and Supremes that I should have received. I was not even given an extra biscuit after all of this. Poorest service at any Bojangles I have ever visited, over 3 different states. I don’t care who got off at 2:00 or what they ran out of. When a five minute wait stretches to 20 minutes and other people are getting food, that is nothing but poor management coupled with an “I don’t care about you or your order attitude”. Simply unbelieveable.

Food was good but service was slow and the employees acted so lazy, they also left the door locked on one side of the place and people were knocking and having to walk all around the building to the other side to get in but parking was on the side that the door was locked, and the restaurant was in open hours. Employees were told and didn’t care just stood there while people got mad and left.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. This restaurant has fallen far in the past year. Every time I go through the drive-thru I will have to pull up to the sidewalk and wait 15+ minutes for “fast food” even if I am the only car in line. They get orders wrong and are extremely rude. I had one lady that worked there threaten me saying her husband was inside all because I came back and asked for the missing contents from my order.
