The wait wasn’t too long and everyone was nice, however, they didn’t put any seasoning on my fries, so that’s not fun. This has been a problem at this location for as long as I can remember though. My chicken was also pretty lukewarm and very crunchy, which isn’t how Bojangles usually is. Oh well.

These are the fries they gave me smh, do better Bojangles. Burnt and hard as a rock . I should take them back up there because it’s gross. I’ve been to several Bojangles and they rarely have issues with giving me fresh fries, these things probably have been sitting there for hours. I’ll drive to another one next time, probably to the wade Hampton location and try them. I encourage everyone that goes there to post your fries here, something needs to be done, you’re gonna charge me 12 dollars for a combo then make sure it’s at least fresh.

I frequent this Bojangles as it is only mins away from job. Sometimes they are pretty expedient, but sometimes service at the drive thru can be slow, which is frustrating considering I can only go only my 15 min break and not my 30 min break bc they would already be closed.

This is a place that sells chicken but everytime I went to the place they were out of chicken wings. They only sell chicken. How can they not keep chicken ready? This has to be bad management. The employees has always been very nice but this problem has to be with the management. Not all people in management know how to manage.

My dad ordered me a breakfast sandwich #2 for takeout and it was supposed to come with bacon, egg, and cheese but was instead a slapped bacon and egg with no cheese at all. It was a little disappointing but I ate that it reluctantly… my drink on the other hand was even more disappointing and disgusting when I opened the lid and found a mysterious particle in it that looked like a speck of dandruff. I will think twice before ordering from here again.
