We went inside because we didn’t have time to wait in the long line of the drive thru and then they made us wait 25 minutes inside after we placed our order while they cleared out the entire drive through first. I feel like orders should be served in the order they came in. And when we finally got our order, it was wrong and the biscuits and gravy looked like it came out of somebody’s stomach so I didn’t even eat and just wasted my time and money this morning

So I went in to get Breakfast. First time here to this location. NEVER AGAIN! Happen to go into the restroom before ordering. It was so filthy! The sink that was supposed to be white was literally almost black inside of it!!! Wondered when was the last time it was cleaned! Floor was also dirty and sticky! WS dirty! Couldn’t even eat there! Sadly every time we try and give them a chance, they are always out of product. We have been told that the chicken would need to marinate (for 20 minutes) before being ready, we do not have enough chicken to complete your order to waiting 25 minutes just to get up to the drive thru to order, then to be told an additional ~ 20 minutes for food to be ready. It is ashame that on a Sunday afternoon, this establishment cannot get it together to serve the needs of their customers. Now – I am not blaming the employees; however, I am blaming the management of this establishment because there is NO EXCUSE for this to be an ongoing problem.

Totally disappointed in this location. Showed up at 5:30… dinner time. Sat at the drive thru. No one said anything. Waited and waited. No one came on the speaker. Pulled around and went inside. The only 2 employees I saw were sitting at a dining table. One got up to take my order but then said they had no fries and had no idea when they would have fries…. so I left. Seemed like they just weren’t into serving any customers…

I love Bojangles but don’t go in to order your food or you’ll be waiting awhile.. my son and I waited close to 20 minutes to get service.. there were plenty of employees but they were standing around talking and looking at their phones..

This is the worst restaurant I hope to never visit again. Charged for a combo left to wait 5 minutes before they decided to start cooking it. The staff continually sticking there heads out the window complaining about the weather. Finally gave up on getting the food . For the love of God never give this place your business.

Horrible service. We went there and they closed 30 minutes early we got there at 9:30pm and they don’t close till 10pm and then the time before that, they wouldn’t even take our order because we wanted to order breakfast. Horrible customer service and also rude staff. Won’t be back again. I will take my business somewhere else.
