Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 combos. We asked for extra seasoning on the fries. The seasoning that is usually coated on the fries is what makes them.

Stopped at Bojangles in SC ppl were in the store had food in there hands it was after 9am. The doors were locked and when one of the customers unlocked the door to let us in the manager yelled at him. I didn’t tell you to unlock that door what are you doing? Lock that door. I do not recommend this location to anyone. I will never spend my money there.

The food was good and the service was also good. I notice if you come During shift change they stop taking orders for 15 to 20 minutes this is something that could improve on .lucky for me I had got there just before the shift change .

Came here on break for work, parked at the QT beside me because I drive a big truck and have to park where I can find parking, walked over there and inside the restaurant where I was told they were closed for a shift change? (The girl was nice) However there were multiple employees there in the kitchen even some who looked like may be a manager, which didn’t even acknowledge my existence, much less wanted to take my order. I waited around for about 10 minutes to see if I would be able to get my food for lunch break but again was treated like a ghost. Never heard of any major food chain “shutting down” for an hour during the busiest part of the day so the employees can lounge around, eat, and converse with each other. I only get an hour for lunch and 20-30 minutes of it was wasted on trusting this bojangles. Next time I know, never again will I return here, I’ll be sure to spread the word because apparently judging by the reviews I’m not the only one who’s had these issues. I’m guessing the owners just don’t care about their customers who make them money, take my advice and don’t give them another dime there are plenty other locations with much better customer service and care

The last few times I’ve had to the Bojangles in berea They are out of something. Today after placing my order and waiting I found out that they were out of legendary ice tea and biscuits. I guess nether one is really legendary or essential. There were about 6 people working so don’t tell me it’s an employee thing.

Took 32 minutes to go through the drive-thru. Told me to pull up and I waited for 20 minutes and no one came out. I went inside and they acted like I never placed the order. Got a lot of work to do folks!

Ordered 5 specials that is 2 biscuits for 5. We only got 5 biscuits. Its very bad there. Not enough employees ever. The manager rude wanted to argue about order. Telling everyone not to go to white horse location.

Food probably would taste good hot. But it was ok… Too much seasoning and I’m from New Orleans so you know it was too much….lol
