I go there once every two months or so.Take out only in the morning and 9 out of 10 times they screw my order up by leaving one of my ingredients off my biscuit. It’s my fault for not looking at the order I guess but dang it’s just one little biscuit with 3 ingredients on it and you can bet one or more will be missing. Keep up the good work bojangles your batting 90 percent for screwing up my order!

This is a place for the employees to get paid to talk to each other and nothing more. I made a simple order for a chicken sandwich combo and had to wait for forever just to receive cold fries. The sandwich had a ball of fried chicken, brown lettuce, and a glob of mayo between hard bread. The fries were covered in salt. This place is just horrible along with old and rude employees. Never again.

Poor service. Left me sitting at the order speaker and kept trying to talk to other people while taking my order. I had to remind them to give me large drinks, that I previously ordered and paid for. Didn’t give me the drink types I asked for…twice. I could tell it was complete chaos inside, no organization whatsoever. What’s worse is that there were only a few customers at the restaurant.

Good news first, the food was great! The service was incredibly slow. We were instructed to go and park to wait for our order, but then we were forgotten about. It wasn’t until we went in after waiting for 30 mins did they remember our order. Once inside, we had our order within 5 mins.

I asked for a homestyle tenders combo and got a bunch of burnt tenders that I waited forever for in drive thru. Staff was too busy talking to each other instead of making sure orders and customer service were to perfection. At 2 pm food should be fresh

Well first off we waited in line for 45 mins for breakfast…. But the inside was locked. When we got our order it was missing things. So I had to wait for someone to come help at the door which was about 10 more minutes… But let me tell the food never miss I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and them Bo’Rounds hot everytime… They are one of my top breakfast side.

Don’t expect them to be open @ 5, you will be disappointed. I have been sitting here in drive through for ten minutes. They are here and the place is lot up even have someone hanging put at the drive through window.
