So this happened yesterday chicken biscuit looked fine took it home to eat one bite tasted a little funny swallowing, em this isn’t cooked right called the store offered a replacement No let me speak to a manager, Spoke to a 15 year old manager oh bring it in sir and I’ll give you your money back and a free meal lol no thanks. Was throwing up all afternoon probably should have gone to the hospital. Feel ok today not great finding raw food and swallowing it too not good either

Great experience at Bojangles! Staff was very friendly, and the food was quickly served for a large family meal. The chicken was good and the biscuits were great. The tea is also really solid.

Incomplete order thru Uber eats had to ride to store to get rest of order then no one working please get the manager here some help she is trying but the ship is sinking. Tracy did all she could to help my issue.

Chicken isn’t the best quality, but sure loved the biscuit & seasoned fries. The tea was awesome as well. Service could be better, since there are no utensils, napkins nor sauces available to the public, without asking an employee. Pretty clean too.

Went for biscuits. Ordered 2 steak biscuits with pimento cheese. Pulled out of drive thru and parked to eat. The biscuits were so old they were hard on top. Took them back and the manager said we must have missed that. How if an employee has to touch the biscuits to add pimento cheese do you miss it? This isn’t the first time biscuits weren’t fresh at this location.

BEWARE‼️ I bit into my chicken biscuit and the chicken was completely raw. I paid $24 for my entire order and they only refunded $4 for the biscuit. We did not want the food at all after that. I am disgusted and will seek medical attention if I become ill. Will never eat at any bojangles again!

My family always gets the 12 piece tender family meal. Today when we got the tenders, they were tiny!! All of them horribly small. Not worth over $40. Ended up waiting over 20 mins. Was told they were cooking the tenders but the tenders were not hot when we received our food. Biscuits were also dry. They asked if we needed plates and cups, told them yes please but did not receive any. Very dissatisfied.
