if you want good service, do not go there mid day or early afternoon the girls there are rude and have absolutely no manners. They handed me my chicken tender combo in the box with no bag no napkins and nothing to eat. My mashed potatoes with the food is always good from Bo’s but the service was the worst I’ve ever had. do better.

I am so put out with Bojangles today. I want fried chicken and drove almost 30 miles round trip to get it. When I was placing my order the cashier said they had no slaw, were out of thighs and would I take a drumstick, I told her yes since I’m not a complainer. I get my food and the chicken is cold and hard the fries are cold and they are crumbs. The biscuit was cold and so hard I could not bite it. I also got a steak biscuit and it was cold and hard. I do not complain but this has happened twice now. I Love Bojangles but I’m threw with it. I can’t even believe this. This is in Marion, S.C.

Had to wait a few extra minutes because our order was for a large crowd. Worth the wait. Did was cooked well and boxed in a way to make sure everything was correct. Friendly service and clean restaurant. We will definitely stop back here next time through.

I absolutely dislike to give bad reviews. But ths one needs to be said. We ordered a 12 pc family meal. We got a 10 pc chicken strip family meal. I was not aware they sold one. So the good. It needs to be said. Ordering and making payment was pleasant. Not usual for this location. When we got home and opened the box what a surprise to only see the less than a third of the chicken expected. So I was thinking no big deal mistakes happen. It’s an easy fix. Called the location. It was agreed to bring the meal back and it would be replaced. Great right? Wrong. We were told they couldn’t replace or refund since they “have no manager” in the building and “couldn’t call the GM” “we are not allowed to do refunds without a manager”.We left my name and number for the GM to “Call tomorrow. 24th later I had to call. After attempting to explain to the GM the situation she cuts me off and informs me that the order was “packed” that we received it. And “a manager is here every day” We’ll I can ensure you we did not receive it. If a manager was actually at the location at that time why would we leave my number, especialy if we received the “packed”order? More than once the GM inferred I was lying. I don’t take well to that inference. Either the employee’s/ manager on 4/30/23 are a little hinkey, or the GM enjoys the inferences to her patronage? But most likely they made enough mistakes they lost track of what was solved. We ordered from this location with the intent not to cook at home, unfortunately that was not the case. But seriously $40 for 10 chicken strips? With it to be inferred me to be a lier multiple times? Be real! Hopefully the area director or franchise owner sees this and the reviews as of the last year. It seems apparent the work culture breeding within this location . Sad to say. I do hope this helps the future patronage. More so the training of future employees. I have been and am calm about this. Even when speaking with the indirectly accusatory GM. I don’t like to be called a lier and ripped off too.

Typical Bojangles. Very friendly. Great Cajun chicken. (Great biscuits, Love the Tea) Clean tables and chairs. Clean bathroom. Fast service. Fast drive thru service. Easily accessible. Plenty of parking. Cajun chicken delicious!

We always make sure to stop at Bojangles when on vacation, I wish we had them in Michigan! The biscuits are so butter and flaky, and the chicken is crispy and delicious. The breakfast menu is also great, can’t go wrong with a biscuit sandwich and bo-tato rounds.
