Went through the drive thru this trip to Bojangles. I ordered a two piece chicken dinner with fries and biscuit. The food was hot and as usual pretty good. The drive thru service employee was very polite and courteous. Overall, I like this Bojangles location.

The people serving the drive thru will greet you then tell you to hold on making you frustrated and make you at five to ten minutes. The food is okay. Sometimes they don’t have what you want. The atmosphere is clean and quiet.

Food was consistently good with other chain restaurants. I ordered the two piece leg and thigh and it was served piping hot. The coleslaw was cold and the biscuit was warm and soft in the middle and crusty on the outside. Even though it was later in the evening the bo rounds were fresh and delicious. The server was friendly. Great spot.

The service here has been declining. Everytime I come in the staff ingores me at the counter. They treat you like a burden instead of a customer. I just want some bojangles without attitude or a long wait, guess thats too much to ask for in Florence, SC. I eat here once a week bc it’s on my way to work. I’ll go out of my way to eat somewhere else if it doesn’t improve.

Terrible service yesterday morning I got a sausage biscuit and a small coffee whomever that woman was at the window I ask her could I get sugar and grape jelly. Why I got sweet n low and ketchup? If this is your manager she don’t need her job! She’s rude and could care less about customers. Didn’t even speak when I spoke to her. The nerve!!!!
