Who doesn’t love spicy chicken. My grandson loves the 2 piece dinner. Location was clean. Great service. Never had a problem with our orders or the food. Wish they would bring those grilled chicken bites back so I could eat something with my grandson, but he loves Bojangles!

I stop here frequently while driving thru and was sorely disappointed this trip. Lunch rush was over, only 5 people thru the register after me in the next 20 minutes… not one table wiped, trash emptied, behind tge counter swept or cleaned and an employee sleeping in the lobby with the Bojangles Standards manual on the table next to him…

My gravy biscuit had plastic in it. The cook replaced it. I ordered a drink for my son and then he decided he wanted orange juice like kids do. I went back to the register to ask if I could pay the 60 cent difference to get orange juice and 2 girls at the register said they didn’t understand what I was saying. They gave me attitude and told me that they couldn’t do it. The nice cook from the back just told them to give me the orange juice. You always have to wait for biscuits here [ has happened 2x to me] and there are dead bugs on the floor and in the window seals. This restaurant could survive if they clean up and try to listen and understand what the customer is asking for instead of immediately giving attitude.

15 minutes to get a steak biscuit at the drive thru… had to go in to get it myself after they said they’d bring it to me. Noticed no food was up and the place was empty. No wonder no one was there. No apology. No thank you… Don’t go.

We ordered our food and was told to pull up and they would bring our food out. After 25 minutes we went inside and was told they forgot about us. Our ticket was taped to the counter.

Bojangels fried chicken if you like Bojangels fried chicken you won’t be disappointed. If you like KFC you won’t like it .. Not alot of value for what you get . 10 tiny chicken tenders and small mashed potatoes $23..not value. Service was very very good 5 stars for manager and staff
