This one is the “good one” in gaffney. I was tired from work and heading home, and decided to stop by for dinner. My cajun ruce was hot and fresh, the tea was really legendary, they gave me 2 bbq sauces, AND I had an extra chicken supreme in my box.

I eat Bojangles all the time and I have to say this Bojangles locations food is horrible!! I had a Cajun fillet that was so over cooked I was unable to take a bite! So disappointed!!!!

I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve been through the drive thru multiple times at this location and have been given the wrong order several times. Today I went through and my sandwich looked like it was sitting in grease for hours and not the club sandwich I ordered. This is my last time coming here for awhile.

Upon drive thru arrival I saw a sign saying two pies for price of one. The voice I’m ordering to explains there is no such offer. I drove to the window and canceled the order. I then jumped out of the car, retrieved the sign out of the ground and stuck it into the drive in window. Remove your advertising especially when you stop offering deals. Dummies!

Drive through lady was so rude. This is the 2nd and last visit to this Bojangles! You have to reach so far outside your car just to get your food. She can’t bend enough to hand it to you like she’s some kind of princess! No straws or napkins. For the ridiculously high prices people are having to pay for barely warm food sitting in a window, you would think businesses would appreciate their customers and train their employees to adhere to high quality customer service. Don’t expect that here because you will be disappointed.
