One of the best fast food places I’ve been to in a bit. I don’t usually get fast food but I was in a hurry so I swung by and went through the drive thru. I was a little skeptical with it only having a 2.2 star rating but wow is that wrong! The lady working the window was very friendly; they got the food out very quick, it was good, and it was plenty of enough food. Haven’t seen a place fill up the fries this good in many years and there was still a few in the bag that fell out.

Just stopped by and the biscuits were reheated and crunchy then re-cooled I’ll assume. Has to be from the previous day. Read the reviews and the so called owner says the same thing. Sorry hope you give us another chance soon. Nope. How about sorry we will do our jobs better and not serve old cold food? Smh.

I just wanted to try this new Bojangles and for starters the girl at the window acted very rude towards me. I ordered Pepsi and water with my meals and I got a tea and that was it. They didn’t give me my dipping sauce and the chicken selects were so hard I couldn’t even eat them the biscuits were hard as well. I will not be going back to this Bojangles anytime soon.

Ridiculously slow moving workers. Ordered online and they simply skipped over the order, so when I arrived they had to page back to it, then when the woman handed me my bag, she was so involved with a conversation with someone else that she literally didn’t look at me. No apology, no “have a nice day”, no acknowledgement at all. Brand new building, same old slovenly attitude.

Food was a 4/5 compared to other Bojangles I’ve been to, but was still great and fresh. Service was quick enough and staff were nice. Building is pretty clean as well.

The food was delicious and the service was good. However this brand new restaurant was FILTHY!! The floor had crumbs and spills, the tables had not been cleaned, the seats were stained, and the glass door was covered in greasy finger prints. Very disappointing!

This is a new location, and they are very inconsistent with their food and tea. I go by in mornings before work and the biscuits are cold. Some times the sweet tea is sweet other times you have to wonder if you have been given the unsweetened tea. Definitely didn’t need another Bojangles

Not sure where my previous review went but have visited this brand-new location twice and have had nothing but hot, fresh food and polite service. My husband and I have made this particular Bo’s our food & facilities stop when driving between western NC and the east coast. We have had both counter and drive through service. Few fast food restaurants shine like this one.
