I’ve been here 3 times and each time has been a disappointment. I was told “all of our biscuits are like this at the moment” once I went back to the store The staff was more than happy to help resolve the issue with no problems. This is the third and final time I will be at this store. Photo for reference.

If I could give 0 stars I’d be giving them 0. I have come to this bojangles 3 times in the hopes that it would have improved since the last time I was here. For reference I stay at the closest hotel to said located due to work (I do not have a car while up here away on work trips so food is limited to walking distance) every time I’ve gone the service and food has been terrible. The first 2 times either the lobby was closed or they were out of chicken (how does that happen) the last time not only did it take almost 30 minutes to get my order and deal with very unprofessional staff (everyone from managers to line cooks. ) but somehow I got 3 chicken supremes when I said 5, and THEY WERE NOT FULLY COOKED. Do not go here unless you want to get food poisoning or salmonella from uncooked chicken.

Ordered a small fry which comes in the tiny paper and it was almost $3. Needless to say I canceled my order. This was at Bojangles on Hwy 9 across from Dollar Gen. They give cold old food but I keep trying bc the location is great.

Store was noisy. Order took unusually long to prepare and didn’t include biscuits as advertised. Dinner prices were higher and did not include iced tea unlike other locations. Not a satisfactory experience.

The Bo chicken sandwich was kinda dry! First time tasting it. After first bite it needed more mayonnaise and pickles! So if you don’t get any extras wait till you get home to dress properly. If you want to choke go ahead!

How can 1 restaurant continually mess things up? Went inside to order, and asked the person at the register what sides they had as it was near 8pm. He said all of them. I placed my order with dirty rice and Cajun pintos as my sides, got my order (I thought), and went home. Opened my meal, no pintos! Had fries instead. They didn’t even tell me they were out of what I ordered, just threw in the fries! Last time I go to Bojangles in Union, SC!!

Very Unprofessional and slow line movement. I was given this baby sized wing and met with attitude when I requested another. I would love to see improvement in the manners of the staff and quality of service.

Ordered and was charged for 2 sausage and EGG biscuits, but was given sausage biscuits with no egg. The drive thru line was short but was very slow, so it wasn’t feasible to go back and wait in line to try to get this fixed. Instead of the 5 employees standing around the drive thru window gossiping, they should work to make orders correctly.
