Went last night & got a grilled chicken sandwich combo with dirty rice & order of Bo Berry biscuits…. Head to pull up to wait on fresh Bo Berries which is TOTALLY fine with me, I’d prefer this ! I was given Fries instead but guy brought my rice back out & was totally cool about it…. Food was great…. First time I’ve ate from there since they moved across the street & they did not disappoint!

This location is always great. I used to go around opening time and there was a lady who was always so bubbly and sweet. She always threw in a little something for my dog. Tonight, the staff really went above and beyond, just because I waited like 10 minutes for them to finish cooking the chicken. When most fast food restaurants have the slowest, rudest employees, it’s wonderful to know, some actually hire great staff!

Your picture “brags”, but your service lacks. Orders called in/ordered online 20 minutes prior to arrival, customer shouldn’t have to wait another two minutes to get it, especially when there are no other customers or drive thru cars at that time. But walk in, employees leaned on counters on their cell phones???? Seriously???

For a busy area, not very busy in the drive thru or in the dining room. Arrived at the time I was supposed to for my online order. Still had to wait another 5mins for chicken to be ready. Was told we had alot of family orders come through. Well that’s not my problem. Should have been prepared for that especially when my order was submitted 30mins in advance. I from now on just go to Popeyes in Boiling Springs cause they always have my order ready on time or early and it’s out of my way

The other evening we brought our baseball team and parents into this restaurant after practice. The folks were calm and did really well getting everyone served. I did not see a single order get messed up. I made sure before we left to tell the employees how please I was with their service.

If you plan on eating here, we’re going to the drive-through. Do not expect to be in any type of rush or be treated as if you were a paying customer. Cannot understand the person taking my order so I asked them to repeat themselves and they decided to be rude about it. When I pulled up to the window, the lady at the drive-through window seem like it was such a problem that she had a customer. Was told to pull up at the curb and to wait two or three minutes and sat at the curb for over five minutes and then walk inside and was given an attitude by everybody inside , because I decided not to wait any longer and to go in. Will not be returning to this Bojangles again.

We go here for the sweet tea because it’s not too sweet. Usually, the wait isn’t bad, but if you go at lunch time, plan to wait at least 15 minutes – at the drive thru or inside.

Gave this location another try since I got a reply from my last review. This trip was definitely my last trip to this or any other Bojangles location. I sat in the dual lane drive thru while multiple other cars had their orders taken. I was actually sitting at the speaker while two other cars in other lane had their orders taken. When I finally get to place my order, I order the 2 for $5 sausage and egg deal and medium Borounds. I get to the window hand over my card to pay, get my card back and the guy at the window tried to give me a large drink, a Cajun chicken biscuit and a large french fries. Provided no receipt but I don’t think that a $5 special and Borounds was over $11. I paid for someone else’s order. I am done. This place should be closed
