The intercom to order was broken, so I had to drive to the window to order. The line was long because of this! The food was not good or fresh! As you can see, my bo berry biscuits were most likely sitting out for hours, heated in a microwave and given to me. My chicken biscuit was full of grease. I just bit into a greasy hard biscuit. They also just gave me a rock hard cup of icing for my biscuit instead of the icing being on a fresh biscuit. I initially thought it maybe a side but nope! I was only passing through the area, but if I ever drive back through Columbia and have a taste for Bojangles, I definitely will not go to this location again!

Ordered 3 piece meal. Watched as young lady sat food open on the counter while she did other things. Chicken was not fresh. Asked for money back. Manager never asked what happened, simply gave money back. No apology or anything. I guess they need the help.

There were people standing around all in the drive thru window just staring in my face not doing anything. I asked for a 3 piece chicken supreme but was charge the 5 piece. I paid about 12 dollars for 3 pieces of Tenders. Maybe if they were double checking orders instead of standing around my order would’ve been right.

The lady at the window was horrible. I must have told her my order AT THE WINDOW 4 tines, and she still got it wrong. She kept asking me what you did you order, and she was very unpleasant. To top it all off, my food was not fresh and barely warm. I’ve had better experiences with this location and for that reason I kept my cool.

This place has became an absolute joke. 10 people working, all 10 at the drive thru everytime I come. No customer facing service. Come and take an order 1 at a time. Out of everything. Everything is a 10 minute wait. Won’t be returning, don’t waste your time.

If you ask for fresh food they mess it up, just to be mean, I ask for fresh fries, and chicken supremes and they gave me fresh fries with no season and old chicken supreme. I call and I told the manager what happened and that I know they did it to be mean. I’m calling corporate in the morning, oh and her rude self hung up on me . Yes I went off, I let her know ppl work hard for their money and when they ask for something a certain way and we paying for it we should get it that way

Long wait. I really just wanted to leave this review because it cost me $9 to get a two piece dinner that DOES NOT come with a drink. $11 for a two piece dinner from bojangles is insane. The girl at the window had the orders a little mixed up but I appreciate her asking me did she have the correct order instead of guessing. I don’t know why people don’t say you’re welcome when you say thank you but customer service not what it use to be. Chicken was a lil old but it was hot at least I guess.

The best thing about my meal was the drink. Went inside waited 10 to 15 mins to get my food. Ordered 2pc white. The cashier didn’t even know what a beast is. Anyway chicken was old and cold. Fries was not hot either. For $12.41 for a 2pc meal. I desire a whole lot better. Will not be back.
