Went to order one single order of fries, extra seasoning, side of ranch. Got completely dry fries, and honey mustard. I’ve never left a review on any kind of restaurant but that’s just ridiculous considering I paid for extra seasoning and specifically ranch. Expect to go back inside if you go through the drive through about every time.

The lady helping us at the window was so nice! The food was hot and tasty. I would eat here again. We had fries, tenders, and a biscuit. They weren’t super busy at lunchtime and we only had one car in front of us in the drive through.

Love me some Bojangles! You can’t go wrong with their fried chicken, Mac and Cheese, and Dirty Rice. The Cajun Biscuit with Palmetto Cheese on it is one of my favorite. The Bojangles box is perfect for the whole family, tailgating, and/or parties. Sausage and biscuits are on point, and their new chicken sandwich is really good as well.

The food was okay, and the drive-through person sighed and said, “Oh my God,” dramatically while ordering, she did not stop with the attitude till one of us commented we should just drive away. Her name was Janea, and from what I could read on the name tag. Maybe she thought her mic was off. This was my first time going here and probably my last as I just moved here and was trying new restaurants in the area.

It’s 6:30pm, I am now able to leave the drive thru after waiting 10 mins to get my change. Unfortunately, I purchased a meal with cash. The cashier provided my drink, receipt and asked if I NEEDED my change? Another worker provided my meal and asked that I would pull ahead. No problem. I was cool but what was the challenge? Let me mention I had to drive in reverse back to the window to request my change and the missing straw after waiting 10 mins. I understand human error but the fact I waited 10 minutes, 2nd request and the original cashier provided the change. I said “thank you” hoping she would redeem herself bc you get what you give. No- “sorry for the wait” or “my apologies”. That’s why I am submitting this review. The actions indicate this is acceptable customer service to this establishment. Thanks for lesson. I don’t need a retest Bogangles.

This location makes great food compared to some but do NOT use their curbside pickup option. We have now tried this 3 times and every single time they have not brought the order out and they have screwed up the order. They clearly don’t care to provide the customer service they should, from making sure the order is correct to properly delivering the food. Even when we have gone in to get the order and reviewed it, it’s STILL wrong. From the wrong sandwich, to missing a tender to the wrong sides. Absolutely ridiculous. 3 times and you are out.

I just want to shout out the current weekday crew, y’all are awesome and always so nice to me. Whoever’s in the kitchen makes my sandwiches bomb and they always taste fresh. The cashier Kailey is also the sweetest and so personable whenever I go. Bojangles headquarters needs to give some raises up in here. ✊ ✊

They were short handed. So I understand the slow service. I do appreciate the manager apologizing and giving me some free bo rounds. The French fries were fresh and hot. The new chicken sandwich was pretty good too. The only bad thing was I had done a special order by asking for egg on my sandwich. It was made and I seen the manager and the lady in the back arguing about it. The problem was the drive-thru line was long and the person holding it up was waiting for a chicken sandwich too. So the manager with no gloves took my sandwich and took the egg off of it and stuck it in his bag. The only good thing about it was I got a new hot fresh out the oil Patti.
