For starters we drove about 10 miles further than our closest Bojangles to the new one in Saluda, SC in hopes of better service and selection. Nope, that didn’t happen. I ordered a 2 breast chicken meal all to be told, we don’t have that. The girl took off to the back and another employee took over and said, “We don’t have any breast.” Why is this a common theme for this chicken restaurant chain? After we made a new selection and ordered, my husband paid with his card and the girl just walked off. We weren’t even sure if she was finished with our transaction. As I go over to make our drinks, I see two feet sticking out of a booth. Then I notice it is an employee laying across the bench playing on his phone. I understand the employees get breaks but this looked more like nap time in the middle of the restaurant. When the order came, my chicken breakfast biscuit and potatoes seemed fine. My husband opened his egg and cheese biscuit and it was literally floating in grease.

Ordered 8 piece dinner on line. Went to pick it up and was told all they had was thighs and wings. Was told it would be approximately 13 minutes until they cooked more. I was willing to wait. Finally got my order and when I got home there was 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs. No breast and no wings. Dinner was supposed to be 2 breast, 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks and 2 wings.

When Bojangles first opened in Saluda SC. They sent out promotion fliers, advertising a eight piece box and two sides with four biscuits for eighteen dollars and some change, I ordered on line, when I got there to pick up the order it was thirty plus dollars, I was flabbergasted at the price! A classic example of bait and switch, well it was late and not much else was open so I purchased the meal with hesitation and went home, opened the containers, chicken was legs and thighs, the two sides were barely half full, and was not good at all! First and last time going to Bojangles, never again, as a saying goes first time shame on you, second time shame on me, I will never go back to Bojangles anywhere! Zero star rating! In order to post I give one star with protest.

Not good. Second time we have visited and had very poor service. Workers seem not to be able to keep up with orders and customer questions. Very, very slow to fill orders. And not understanding when customers frustrated for waiting 20 min for food is unacceptable. Will not return until improvements are made. On the definitely not recommended list.

This bojangles in Saluda is usually really good but got there at 8pm and was disappointed. Chicken wing had feather cooked on it and rice wasn’t fresh. Employees loud and using language that was not appropriate at all.

I typically enjoy this Bojangles but today was not that day!!! I placed a mobile order. When I arrived they told me they were still making the eggs and bacon and asked if I could pull to park 1. 10 minutes later (20 min from my order time) I finally get my food and EVERYTHING except the egg and bacon were cold and hard!!!! My biscuit, my bo rounds, and my bo berry biscuit. I threw everything away except the bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

Very clean, food was great, service fast and most of all, the associate that took out order was super friendly. While still there she came over to our table to make sure everything was up to standard. I wish I would’ve remembered her name.

Worst Bojangles experience. I stopped there on a previous trip, it was very poor then and it remains poor. First in line and at least 8 people after me and they all got their orders before me. Talked with the manager who was not the least bit concerned about my complaint. Horrible customer service, food ok and would not recommend unless Desperate for food. Stay Away!!!

Love going to my hometown Bojangles but why oh why is it so hard to get a receipt when I pay with my debit card??? When I ask for it I get stared at like I’ve gone insane and I hear the other employees start grumbling under their breath. Please please PLEASE start giving the receipt to customers who pay by card and don’t get angry when we ask!

Food is usually good. Breakfast anyway. Their tea is like going to Goodwill. You never know what they are going to have. This morning my son and I ordered tea. Maple syrup is not as sweet as this stuff is. I mean my god people, A cup of sugar to a gallon of tea is plenty. This stuff was nasty .
