Worst customer service I’ve experienced at any fast food restaurant. The woman at the counter was so rude and condescending toward me that I left without placing the order. I was the only person in the restaurant around 3pm. I approached the counter and she stared at me with a blank face – no smile, greeting, “how can I help you?” or anything. I said I’d like to order a family meal and she rolled her eyes and said “which one ma’am?” in an aggressive and condescending tone before I could even finish my sentence with the details of my order. I was so caught off guard by my first impression of this restaurant that I walked away without finishing my order or making a purchase in the attached convenience store.

Great service great interaction with cashier, which extremely rare these days. Food was great first time I’ve had great service and food from Bojangles in years. First time eating Bojangles in 7 years. Thanks for the great experience.

Drive- through order. Every time I go to this restaurant, I have a great experience. The food is 9/10 always hot and well seasoned. The only thing is 1 biscuit was furthermore so I circled back around (they were slammed, it happens) and the lady fixed it immediately and apologized, which she didn’t need to but it was very nice.

Pretty standard Southern fare. Good, tasty and greasy as it’s often served anywhere south of the Mason-Dixon line. Restaurant could stand a little bit of TLC in the cleaning department. No concerns about the food but the floor was sticky. Tallboy Coke’s available at the gas station next door.

Good food and service from staff was fine. There was a patron in there when we arrived sitting at a table talking loud on his phone and cursing. He was also laughing and talking to the staff in the same profane manner as if it was ok. This continued the entire time we were there. This location is attached to a run down gas station. Both are very popular with local individuals of questionable repute and as such, there is usually a line. Service is generally pretty slow in the drive through. Food has always been good though.
