The order came up really quick everybody was nice kind and courteous place was very clean. They got my order out to be pretty quick even though there was a long line at the drive-thru. I was expecting to be waiting a little longer due to that line, but these guys were rocking and got me on out the door!

This location is a hit or miss honestly. there is one girl who works there who is the most sweetest girl ever, she’s a thicker young black lady and her hair is in braids. the only time I’m happy with my experience here is when she is taking my order. she deserves a raise, and in my opinion can do a lot better than bojangles!!

I’ve never had a bad experience here before but the lady at the window on Friday evening seriously looked at us like she hated our guts! We haven’t done anything at all but ask for a cup holder as she kept handing us the cups and trying to hand us our card back at the same time not ever saying a single word to us the whole time. Literally the whole time, not a single word. Ruined the whole experience, even our young children picked up on it. If she doesn’t like interacting with customers get her back in the kitchen to cook away from the public. The food however was great. But these companies need to understand the service can ruin a business!

DISCRIMINATION – THIS IS UNCALLED FOR PLEASE BEWARE – Upon arriving for my interview i had to wait in line with other customers for almost 15 minutes while employees (teenagers) ran the store like it was a zoo, i finally decided to scoot up hoping someone would see me here comes this young girl who asked what i was waiting on. I said “im just here for a interview my name is …” She flew to the back and came back quickly with a scared look on her face and said “our hiring managers will not be back so you will come back” .. I said “is there a shift mangers or assistant manger here? I would like to speak with them before i leave thank you”

The woman at the window this morning was so short you could barely understand her. Her microphone was on when I pulled up and she just sat there, I wasn’t sure if she was ready to take my order or what. When I got to the window all she asked was “Did I have two combos”?!

Ordered a meal with unsweet tea. I can’t have the sugar. The unsweet container had sweet tea. I asked for unsweet and they said we don’t have any. I asked for a refund but that takes a manager. She ignored me for 5 minutes. I had a flight to catch, never did get my money back.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Got charged double, places was dirty, foid old, sitting out not under heat lamps, Angela the cashier had a horrible attitude. Foid wrong, had to go back and get a refund. Waited 15 minutes to get a manager. Staff and friends eating behind counter. Place was not busy.

Service was subpar and that’s being nice. Didn’t acknowledge us at the check out window, just took payment and moved on. The order was wrong and the tenders they gave us were not what I’d call chicken tenders. It was a pitiful experience. Definitely would pass by this one if you can wait to go to another one.
