DO NOT GO HERE! We haven’t eaten Bojangles in a very long time but had been craving it for over a week. We attempted to go there 2 times but they were closed despite their signage, app, and Google showing they were open. Not by a few minutes either, but a couple hours. 1 night it was 8:55 and they are supposed to close at 11. 3rd time’s a charm though right? WRONG! We ordered on the app, checked in for curbside at 9:05 and the girl came out to say everything we ordered, chicken, rice, beans, biscuits, & tea were out. I said buy y’all don’t close for 2 hours though right? She said yeah but we don’t have anything cooked. I asked well how do we get our money back because there is no cancel button on the app. She said we’ll need to speak to the manager. We pulled up to the drive-thru and I asked him how do I get my money back and he said I don’t know. I said what do you mean you don’t know, you have my money, you don’t have my food, what do I do? He said that’s not my problem you have to take that up with the app (there’s no way to do that or through their website by the way). He said we don’t cook chicken after 8:30. I said but y’all are open until 11? He said yeah. I said so you’re telling me a chicken place doesn’t cook chicken for 2.5 hours before they close? What do you do for those 2.5 hours? He snapped at me talking about not liking my tone, I guess questioning insanity and bad business is a tone. Then he said we sell whatever sides we have left and when that runs out we close. So they don’t have set hours, they don’t have chicken at a chicken place, they won’t give you your money back, they have attitude and do not care about customer service, and I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone at Bojangles corporate to give me my $35 back for 3 days now to no avail. Don’t get robbed by these people and deal with the horrible attitudes from management.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches. Was told it would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I got my food. Lady walks out on her phone doesn’t say a word. It’s not that hard to say I’m sorry you had to wait or have a good say. Need better employees.

Ordered a 2 piece at drive. Sat in drive thru 15 minutes. Was not greeted with friendliness at window . Very disorganized. Whoever Clarissa is, she needs to dramatically improve her store.

Unprofessional employees, one of the front employees, had long fake fingernails and was handling food with no gloves. The same employee was having verbal confrontations with another in the back area. The table was wiped off but not clean as it was sticky. The overflow tray at the fountain machine was full and had mold on it. I ordered an item that I was told it would take 10 minutes. I was there for 30 minutes, and I had to remind them what I ordered and wait for an additional 10 to 15 minutes after the manager pleaded with me to make it right. Lastly, when I come into a food establishment, the last thing I want to hear while I’m eating is the employees talking loudly about all their personal business . I won’t go back to this establishment again

The store was clean, food was fresh, the employees were friendly and seemed to work well together. The only thing I’d change is the horrible indy pop music that is being played in the lobby.

There was only three people in the store , one running around doing majority the work because from the looks of it , there is workers who aren’t cross trained to nothing other than what they have been trained to do . Something got to be done about this because this manager seems to be short staff at least once or twice a week

The Cajun filet biscuits here are made with love. Sometimes you will get lil petite chicken filets at other locations BUT NOT HERE. THESE FILETS WHERE THICK AND JUICY. Kinda got a lil too excited sorry.

This Morning , there was only three people on duty and I know it gets very frustrating when you got workers in the store that has workers who have not been cross trained or don’t know everything in the store.
