Went to get dinner at 8:00pm online says they close at 10pm and was updated just a month ago. However when I went to order my food they only had one breast and one thigh left. And had to drop anything else I’d order. How can you be out of chicken two hours before close? Also my mashed potatoes and (no) gravy were dry. There was no gravy the food was all wrong. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Poor management, I don’t blame staff for following a poor lead. Do better.

Firstly, they charged me for a large dirty rice when I ordered a small. Which came out more of a dirty mush. Secondly, bo berry biscuits came hard as a rock. Thirdly, My cajan filet biscuit came with two bites out of it already disgusting. Only thing edible was the Bo rounds.

This is repeatedly the rudest employee s at lunch time. First time I just finally left when I was clearly bothering them by making an order. Yesterday I paid 9 for a combo and was told I would now have to pay for honey mustard also. When I asked the girl at the drive thru just shrugged her shoulders and said it’s corporate and that “people were taking advantage of it and wanted 10 sauces”. I said well I’m not “people” and I don’t want 10 I want one to dip my dry chiken in”. I mean I already paid 9.00 for a combo and that’s not enough???? For a sandwich???? Just shrugged her shoulders and said oh well! I used to love bojangles but the chicken or the fries 99% of the time now are to dry to eat and honey mustard saves it. And I’m so sick of the rude customer service especially at this location. And oddly enough when you go to the bojangles website to complain this store isn’t even listed !! How convenient! The sauce isn’t much more but I’m done with bojangles. Prices gone up, food is awful, and this Hendersonville rd locations customer service is the worst. Take it from

This location at 7:30 pm is terrible. The chicken sandwich came barely wrapped, and was missing the dressing and pickles. They gave me bare bread and chicken. The fries were barely luke warm and the guy taking the order was condescending and unhelpful. I tried to go inside to ask for mayo and pickles for the sandwich and the door was locked. After this interaction, I didn’t feel comfortable eating the sandwich.

This is the WORST Bojangles. They make you wait in the drive thru for at least 5 minutes before asking to take your order, making you think they are closed. Then, no matter what time of day it is, they tell you they are out of whatever your order. Or that they just cleaned their grill and can’t make anything (at 2pm when they close at 10pm, really????). This has happened the last several times I’ve tried to go there. Do not waste your time or gas going there. Just terrible. The Bojangles on Tunnel Road is far superior.

Previously a 1 star review; however, he last few times I have been to this location there have been zero issues. It seems like they are working on changing things here, as I’m no longer having issues getting food items in the middle of the day, and their customer service has improved greatly. Today was the second time I’ve been here where they said they were out of chicken. About a month ago I went around 6pm and was told they were out of chicken. Today Wednesday (2/22/23) BEFORE 5pm, I was told “we don’t have the chicken for that” for a family meal that I wanted to order. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF CHICKEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK BEFORE DINNERTIME?! This Bojangles used to be good, but now I’ll be going to the one in Oteen because they are way more polite and had plenty of chicken today.
