The experience left much to be desired. There was not a clean table in the restaurant. The coffee was cold. The employee that I watched prepare food was not wearing gloves. There was a hair in my sandwich. The restrooms were not clean.

If I could give this location a zero, I definitely would. Placed my order at the drive-thru and was asked to park as it would be a ten minute wait. Thirty minutes later I had to go inside to ask for my food. Asked to speak to the manager and they refused to come to the counter. I asked for their name and the employee couldn’t seem to remember the manager on duties name. I was able to find out later though through other avenues. The food supposedly had to cook, but was definitely not fresh when it was given to me. Additionally, the floor was so greasy nasty it was like trying to walking on ice. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a 5 piece chicken supreme meal and the chicken “tenders” were literally broken into 2/3 pieces each so it looked like 5 chicken nuggets instead. I took a picture for proof. At this point I will be contacting the corporate offices. If they can’t keep food cooked, floors cleaned, and fill orders appropriately it’s time the upper management knows. People work hard for their monet and don’t like being ripped off. I’m done.

Waited 35 minutes for a meal???…. This was after ordering online and informed it would be ready in 39 minutes….. So total time was over an hour, and they were NOT even busy. Guess I’ll have to get my chicken elsewhere.

This Bojangles location isn’t great. Fries were cold, under cooked and soggy. So were the potato rounds.

I’d give this zero stars, if I could. Worst Bojangles ever! All the ones I’ve been to in the past have always been very quick and efficient. I made the mistake of going in, but figured it would be quick because I was the only person in line. I had to wait 15 minutes for a bacon biscuit!! Another customer came in after I’d been waiting 10 minutes and ordered 2 dozens sausage biscuits. I said to her, quite loudly, “good luck with that – I’ve been waiting 10 minutes for a bacon biscuit.” At that point, one of the employees told me they were cooking the bacon. Had they told me that at the beginning, I would have left and gone elsewhere. It took more than 15 minutes to get my biscuit and they didn’t even make it right – I ordered double bacon and I got the regular amount of bacon. Another guy came in for an app order of Bo-Berry biscuits and apparently they had to make those as well. He waited as long as I did, so longer if you include the time he entered the order on the app and drove over. I saw at least 8 employees while I was there, so thinking this place is just poorly managed. Won’t ever be back to this location, not that a national chain really cares about that.

Terrible food. Place was dirty. Ordered spicy white chicken and got dark. Brought back and said they were out of my order, 15 minute wait. Changed to a biscuit meal and lost almost $3 on this deal.

Clean and the food was great. But they should pay their employees better. They work hard and I rarely see/am in a line more than 2 minutes

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. The line got so long that people left, and cars couldn’t get thru at the red light so they were pulling in the lower entrance. Second long wait experience I’ve had in about two months here. I called the manager for the previous experience. No sense of urgency behind the counter.

One of the worst bojangles I’ve ever been too. Food is only fresh during lunch rush during the rest of the day it’s consistently lukewarm at best. Staff seem to think they can close whenever they want I’ve stopped by two hours before close and the drive thru is shut down. If you own this business and are reading this I highly suggest you begin doing random QC checks. Check out this pathetic chicken tender they gave me as well.
