We had a great experience here. Mike, the general manager, took our order, and was very nice. He even asked us if we were WCU students and gave us a 10% discount because we were! It was a pleasant surprise. The food came out quickly, and it was amazing. I also liked the dining room area because it had a lot of booths available. I got the chicken tenders meal with mashed potatoes, and then I got a family sized Mac and Cheese for my boyfriend and I to share and take home later. I would definitely come back again.

I placed an online order and the app switched back to ASAP instead of scheduling it for the day I needed. The staff and manager working 7/16 around 11:00am were the kindest, hardest working people I’ve seen in a long time. Their teamwork was a sight to see! The manager was especially exceptional! She knew what was going on at all times and her communication with her staff. was awesome. They were slammed but maintained insanely amazing customer service. You guys rock!!

We have come here countless times and it used to be good. Over the past year we have found so many things wrong with our food that it’s just ridiculous. Multiple times we’ve gotten the tenders and in turn we receive little itty bitty nuggets with no extra for the compensation. We’ve left there with even missing tenders or at least missing biscuits. We keep giving them chances because there convenient when we get off from work but I’m really just over paying for food that I get down the road and realize that I haven’t received

Order for my wife and granddaughter, everyone was happy, I opened my hamandegg biscuit, took one bite no double ham took it back with my receipt,a lady dressed in black,said put it on the counter open it up.then she turned an told the cook another double ham and eggs. Not once did she look at ever once offered and apology. I went back with my family, she set it on the counter and never told me.i went to pick it up took it back to the table opened ii,my egg was roll up put on my biscuit the ham was ice cold. I thought it away went to the counter and asked her name so I could do a review she replied I fell my life is being treated so we do not have to do that,I replied please give me a card,our company does not have cards.that manager is very rude and disrespectful to people and customers.

If I could have not given 1 star I wouldn’t have! Very unclean and food wasn’t as good as all the other Bojangles I’ve been in. I saw an employee go outside and smoke and then went back in and straight to work without washing his hands! There were teenagers hanging out in the dining room that were not eating but just hanging around. The place needs updated and employees need to be trained better for customer service.

Food was just ok. Waited in the drive thru for about 6 minutes and was pulled forward and waited 15 minutes, only to call and they didn’t even fix my food. Service has went really bad here….
