Gone Are The Days Of Yesterday
The people working there after 5 are lazy and useless.. said they are not “allowed” to make more biscuits that close to closing time.. ummm Google says you close at 10 so you can’t make biscuits 5 hours before closing?! This is not the first time either. It seems like every time I go there any more they are “out” of something but truth is they just want to stand in there and talk and could care less about doing there job.

Got a 3 piece supreme with bbq and mashed potatoes with NO gravy. Got the food 2 minutes later and my mashed potatoes had gravy. Granted they are new employees but they have been there long ebough to know how to read the receipt.

I ordered 3 different times because he didn’t understand me, I gave the cashier exact change and she shorted me a dollar back, I had to park and wait 10 minutes and when I finally got my food it was disgusting. .. I had high hopes that they would do good in Burnsville but it’s hopeless.

Not a bad place to stop in for a quick bite. The service is generally ok- I mean it’s fast food what do you expect? Their foods are decent quality for a Bojangles and I’ve never gotten anything bad from there.

Showed up at 9pm on a weeknight and store is closed. Google says hours 5am-10pm 7 days a week. Google says the business confirmed their hours 3 weeks ago. A business needs to be open during their listed Google hours these days. If I can’t trust this location to be open I will take my business elsewhere.

I have loved going to bojangles for years even before the one came to burnsville. However, I don’t think that I’ll ever go there again. I got a chicken biscuit for breakfast there, which seemed ok at the time, but by lunch time, I got very sick. For the next two days I got turned inside out, if you know what I mean, and couldn’t eat anything at all. You need to check your sanitation or your products to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
