I am an autistic adult who doesn’t drive because of slow processing speed. I took public transit to get some chicken, but the lobby was closed. Clearly not ADA compliant if a person can’t access the restaurant because the lobby is locked and the person can’t drive a vehicle through drive-thru because they can’t hold a license to drive due to being impaired with slow processing speed. I wasted two hours of my life since the city bus only runs every hour and a half! I could have gone somewhere else much more easily, but I really wanted fried chicken. What a waste!

Got my order wrong three times, left items off my order that I paid for. I decided to cut my losses and just leave with the food I had after the third time my order was wrong. If you decide to go to this location please check your bag to ensure you have all items you paid for. I was also not given a receipt so I can’t reach out to the company directly, so unfortunately this will have to do.

I have been eating , a lot, through this Bojangles. I feed my warehouse crew twice a week for breakfast. For the past 6 months it has gotten progressively worse. Today 4 – 16 – 23, I have a bunch of work to do at my warehouse so stop and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo. It is terrible. My biscuit fell into pieces when I opened it, OMG my fries were not even warm. Cold and hard. They must have taken them off of someone else’s order. I know help is hard to get but, your only as good as the one who is managing. That person must not give a hoot about your business. I won’t be back.

Had a great experience ordering from there. There were two young ladies at the window and they were awesome. I got one name, ZY, but forgot to ask for they other. They were friendly and had great customer service. I commend their manager for great training. I haven’t even eaten the food yet, and I know its going to be good (still in the car). Good job bojangles airport road!!!!

Order biscuits and gravy, got no fork, Ordered Sausage, egg and cheese. cheese got no pepper or salt, Biscuit was soggy

After several bad experiences at three different Bojangles( slow service, no food, bad food) I stopped here only because my granddaughter wanted Bojangles biscuits. Glad I stopped! The drive thru line moved quickly, the staff was friendly, and the biscuits were hot!

They locked the door as I was walking in! I told them I was getting food to go and they would not let me in. They made me go to the drive thru where they made me wait 30 min! They brought the wrong order twice and leaked tea all over me and my car.

Fresh biscuits, they have chicken all the time! If you wonder why the line is so long, it’s bc people would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to buy food from here instead of the Long Shoals Rd. location.

I really like bojangles famous chicken. I think for fast food chicken it beats out the other chains with the exception of KFC. I had their double breast dinner. How can you beat 2 breasts? It came with a roll, mashed potatoes, and Cole slaw. It was quite good. Service was great. And the place was clean
